Mexico warned Thursday that the U.S. proposal to build miles of border fence will damage relations between the two countries.
How could they get any worse?

I don't care about WHAT Mexico thinks. If they'd control their citizenry we wouldn't be having to put up a wall.
We can do whatever the heck we please on our own border.

Honestly, only Mexico would be upset about being told that they need to keep their own citizens in their country and if they want to come here they have to do so legally. How pathetic.

President-elect Felipe Calderon, who takes over from Fox on Dec.1, has also spoken out against the measure. So much for Calderon being a conservative and championing reform. Same things were said about Fox six years ago.
No matters who's the President of Mexico the corrupt, stagnant, violent country will remain. The only country in the world besides NK that doesn't allow foreign investment. The same country who's own immigration policies are the toughest in the Western Hemisphere.

Let's name the fence after Houston Police officer Rodney Johnson.

I say one weekend we all get together at the border and rush it. A few hundred Freepers. Maybe organize a small vollyball game stretching the net across the virtual border.
Better yet, build a damn fence.

Let's propose a deal: we'll build a wall on our southern border AND one on YOUR southern border. That'll benefit both of us.

...and comparing it to the Berlin Wall, which divided Germany.Hey Fox, the Berlin wall divided a single country! Our border wall would divide two separate countries!!

"Mexico Opposed to U.S. Border Fence" Of course Vicente Fox opposes the fence, it will prevent him from dumping millions of his unemployed, criminals, mentally ill, drug dealers and gangbangers into America. But not to worry Vicente, President Bush is on YOUR side; so the fences will take forever to build and they'll be undermanned, so there'll be lots of time to dump your riffraff into America so the big-spender Bush can use them to sure up the Social Security program that is going bankrupt under his watch.

The fence is going to go up. Good fences make good neighbors, I believe our relations contrary to what they say in Mexico will improve.
