How could they get any worse?

Oh gee, does (damaged relations) mean that like little kids threatening to take their toys and go home, that Mexico will be so offended they'll punish us by not sending their poorest to live in our country?

A fence will cut down on the trash that Mexico is dumping on our back porch!
