Thanks, snugs .... here late tonight. What a great bunch of pictures. I love the little boy grin in the limo .. he's such a big kid at times, but his speeches this week have been just outstanding. He's letting America know how serious their election choices are, and I hope he keeps it up.
I have to agree about how important fat is .. good fat. The brain HAS to have it for healthy functioning, and so many folks make the mistake of eliminating it.
Here's some good info about fats.

Ahem...Ahem...(feeling ignored)
I know I am habitually late to the dose, but still a male, thank you very much.
How are you doing? Hope things are going well in good old Ohio. (Oregon, on the other hand is full of crazy people)

Oppsy.. I am sorry Eragon!
yes, if people are often late or not regular in posing(like me), I might overlook them. I know jonny & Mike are the two "regulars" and both are thread posters/hosts.
Well, Oregon does have a lot of libs I guess, but My friend Bev from ATRW (American the Right Way - daily thread) is there & she is pretty normal!!!

You're a Michigander, eh? You didn't move north and become a yooper did ya?Good morning! Yes, we are Michiganders--and no, we didn't become yoopers (though my dh's family has a cabin near Munising and we have spent many pleasant vacations above the bridge!). We actually moved to Georgia 10 years ago. Are you a Michigander?
Sorry about not including you in the men's group. :)
