Today the President visited Republican Senators on Capitol Hill and afterwards spoke to the media
He then travelled to Ala and Ohio for campaigning for Republican candidates.
The First Lady was in Michigan campaigning as well
Enjoy your visit to Sanity Island

I have never checked out the other one. Maybe I will. There are few nights, as I work over night that I can make this thread. I always look at the pictures in the morning however. Save a lot of them.

Apparently she saw the cider and doughnuts being madeYes, that is a common practice at cider mills. This one is in very lovely location. It is fun to know she was there.
What a fabulous Dose, tonight, and what a lot of work for you. Thank you so much!

Thanks for the dose, snugs.
Sorry I had to rush off after my abortive attempt to be first two days in a row.
Power corrupts, you know.
Anyway, I'm back and enjoying the pictures and NOT pouting. At least not much.

I think that is very true about sugar. I have found this to be true with chocolate over the last 3 months. Having not eaten it for about 3 months I no longer crave it.
I am not saying I will never eat chocolate again but I do not crave it like I do before I cut it out.
I also agree about fat but of course here you have to be careful because fat is twice the calories of sugar. Though I have been dieting I have made sure that I have some fat in my diet - more probably than some who are not dieting in Britain but of course keep the total calories within my daily allowance.
Fat does fill you up and stops the craving for more that is why many people fail on a very low fat or fat free diet.

Rumsfield is the latest favorite target of the dims... guess they gave up (for a while) on Cheney and Bush's Brain.

I wondered who would be the first to mention the legs they looked as if they were trying to compete on who had the best legs. I also agree Condi won LOL.

When I said Bush's Brain, I meant that cute little fuzzball, Karl Rove, in case you didn't know.
Guess he won, cuz they gave up... for a while.

Well, naturally it was me on the legs comment. My legs are great, of course. I mean they hold me up (most of the time) but I wouldn't want pictures of them on the net.
