We're victims! Who can we sue? Let's sue Barbara Boxer--she's heavily invested in oil and petroleum.
I'm just a font of misinformation, innuendo, rumor and half truths!

BINGO!
Ah well. Maybe Byrd will lose. I wish more WV voters would vote based on the fact that the modern liberal Democrat party stopped representing their conservative social and fiscal values about 20 years ago. Frustrating. y'all gotta work on that. :)

a news bender is my alludin' to killing the drive by media
with STRAIGHT facts.....lol
See, Roccus...your on the ball...people trust you...you're good enough...you're smart enough...and people like you...Sorry, I couldn't stop myself from using that reference.
It must county and or local tax.
I'm all for eating healthy and encouraging that, even if the government encourages it, but really, fines and that seems a bit much. I've been able to eat healthy and keep at my ideal weight and keep my cholesterol down for many years now, over 9 since I cleaned up my diet, and that was before all this stuff forcing this and that. Good choices are out there, people just have to CHOOSE to make them. Abortion is the only choice liberals are willing to give anyone. When it comes to anything else, liberals want people to do what they're told.
Hi AQ
I paid $2.33 this morning and did a happy dance!
Wow, is this caller a Freeper?
I KNEW it! I AM a victim! And that uneven stretch on Academy Blvd still gives my shocks a workout every day. I want my money back!!!
In WV, gas tax is computed by some convoluted formula obased the price from Sept. to Dec, I believe. Last year, because of the severe spike after the hurricanes, the tax re-computation was suspended. It will come back in this year and with gas going down, may very well mean a reduced tax next year.
And now that the DOW peeked over the all time high from over six years ago, befoe 9-11, and today is the new record high EVER for the DOW, you won't be able to pay the Democrats to talk about the Stock Market. The news will have to mention it, and that will be amusing watching the networks have to admit that the DOW temporarily hit a new high, and closed up 16 or so points. :)
I agree with aligncare, Roccus--you're great!
LOL! Ok, I thought it might have been a British term. Our cousins across the pond have quite a few interesting slang phrases!
I am not sure about that amount. In the 1980's, most Iowa gas stations had a blurb about how much of the price per gallon was taxes. I remember it posted that is was 65.1 cents per gallon.
