Of all the whoppers told by former President Clinton in his Chris Wallace interview, perhaps the most outrageous was his claim that he was involved in "trying to stop a genocide in Kosovo..." In fact, Clinton's bombing of the former Yugoslavia killed more people than died in this "genocide." And his policy benefited Osama bin Laden and the global Jihad.
In the year before the bombing, some 2,000 people had been killed in a civil war in Kosovo. A conservative estimate is that 6,000 were killed by U.S. and NATO bombs.
It's strange as well that Clinton complained to Wallace about the "neocons" attacking him when many of the same neocons in 1999 supported Clinton's war on Yugoslavia. The war was never approved by the U.N. or the U.S. Congress, and in fact violated the War Powers Act. The main beneficiary of the intervention was a Muslim terrorist group, the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), with links to bin Laden, who had declared war on America in 1996, bombed our embassies in Africa in 1998, and would later, of course, orchestrate 9/11.
When former CIA official Michael Scheuer says that the Clinton Administration "had eight to ten chances" to kill bin Laden and "they refused to try," he is making a statement that goes far beyond acknowledging Clinton Administration incompetence or a lack of will. The fact is that Clinton had a pro-Muslim foreign policy that actually benefited bin Laden and facilitated 9/11. Most Republicans don't mention this because too many of them were duped into backing Clinton's misguided policy in Kosovo. President Bush, then a candidate, even backed U.S. military intervention there through NATO.
[...] It is noteworthy that the CIA issued a January 2000 report that essentially whitewashed the nature of the KLA and claimed it was pro-American.

Thanks.
That does not disprove that in fact the reporters were behind a fence and that the people being photographed were outside the fence.
And given what we've seen with the fake photos from Lebanon, if I was on the jury, I would have convicted ITN of willful deception!
Those people were at Trnopolje because they subject to an ongoing Serbian ethnic cleansing operation, were not free to leave Trnopolje, and were liable to further victimization at the hands of their Serb captors while at Trnopolje.
But if the reporters were behind a fence, it's all Ok?
Whatever.
No, the people were refugees from the war, and many would soon go to Europe on airplanes. Even the skinny man was only there a bit over a week, and lives today in Scandinavia with a wife and at least one son.
Still selling your lies, Hoplite?
There were a grand total of 2,700 bodies found in Kosovo after the Nato intervention. And that count does not break down ethnicicity.
Since then, the Kosovars have ethnically cleansed most of the Serbs.
So go stuff your spin. It might work against the uninformed, but not here.
The Serbian ethnic cleansing campaign undertaken in Bosnia is a matter of historical record, and is beyond your ability to change.
Sorry we had no busisness in Kosovo.. There was no strategic importance for this nation..
Population census shows no overall % shrinking of the Muslim population after the war. They simply dominate in certain cities/areas, as do Croats and Serbs.
It was a land swap, and many people packed their bags and left for Europe - especially the Muslims, which were catered to above the others, and given plane rides to Europe by the 10s of thousands.
Food and medicine to Afghan refugee camps in Pakistani, not cash to the Talaban.
You know, you have a lot of knowledge and wisdom teeth....I'm sorry, Wisdom.....can you explain to me why since genocide was being committed in the Balkans...what? you said, 800K Muslims...why would this happen just recently...being there were....800,000 bodies? so, explain this to me.
Bosnian Serb cleared of genocide

THE HAGUE (Reuters) - The U.N. tribunal in The Hague acquitted Bosnian Serb politician Momcilo Krajisnik of genocide charges in the 1992-95 Bosnian war on Wednesday but sentenced him to 27 years in prison for crimes against humanity.
Judge Alphons Orie pronounced him guilty of murder, expulsion and persecution, but said Krajisnik did not have the specific intent necessary to be found guilty of genocide.
Krajisnik, a former right-hand man to Bosnian Serb wartime leader Radovan Karadzic, went on trial in February 2004 charged with genocide, complicity in genocide, crimes against humanity and violating the laws or customs of war.
Krajisnik, who was seized by NATO-led peacekeepers near Sarajevo in 2000, pleaded not guilty on all counts. Defence lawyers had called for Krajisnik's acquittal, saying witness testimony against him was not credible.
Kosovo was a terrible mistake, one of the many bad things that resulted was the lost of Russia as an ally. The US was wrong, badly wrong in Kosovo. Clinton and Chater are fools.
Okay...this means...what? the post? three per grave is a mass grave? You call it a mass grave to give it that impression to the public. Nevermind.....:) you are too far gone and have virtually no valid retort, so we could do this all evening..........
His links are half truths and left wing + government spins that have been debunked for years. It's almost a pathetic attempt to keep the government cover alive.
Putin is in far greater control of Russian foreign policy than you give him credit for. He's hardly so unimaginative that he would only react to what the U.S. did under a previous President (Russian and American), and then stay on that course for a decade.
Wrong.
If you add the 4500 exhumations (.pdf) from 1999 through September of 2002 to those performed after that through 2004 (an additional 907 (.pdf)), you get 4607 exhumations in Kosovo.
Since not all of those have been identified as of this time, you have a point as to their not all being K-Albanians, but the discovery of the 1,100 bodies in Serbia proper renders it all moot - Milosevic's forces targeted K-Albanian civilians, and lost Kosovo for Serbia.
It's forum protocol to PING the person you're trashing.
Wrong. First of all, I don't trust the numbers you have cited, because I have not seen them in the larger media - they would have been all over that. The government that replaced Slobbo in FRY had a vested interest in having him removed from the country for a war crimes trial.
And once again, the conflict in Kosovo was a low-grade civil war prior to Nato intervention. For all the talk of genocide and ethnic cleansing by the Serbs, what happened after the Nato intervention? Genocide and ethnic cleansing of Serbs. And that you cannot spin away.
How nice. Then simply consider the Serbs poor traders, given their present straights, and move on.
So your defence is your ignorance of the reporting of the mass graves in Serbia?
Ok. Have fun with that. Meanwhile, the Government of Serbia is carrying the relevant news report on their website, and it's dated October 2005, 4 years after Slobo was extradited.
Show me reporting, Hoplite. And from neutral parties.

Like I said, they had a vested interested in going after Slobo as well.
Show me neutral reporting.
