Document CMPT-2004-001810-T.pdf was posted in its English translation on the Pentagon/ FMSO website. It contains top secret letters dated March 2003 few days before the start of the Iraq war. The top secret letters were order to Hide and Conceal Equipments and Devices Underground in Hidden Shelters and especially the weapons and devices that are not currently in operations but can be used in the future. What are these weapons that are ordered to be hidden and are not currently in operation but can be used in the future? Most probably these are either finalized form of WMD or precursors to make WMD when the moment is right. This is one of the most important Iraqi documents published so far.

Re: Concealment of Equipment and Devices
1. During our observation of enemy air attack techniques in bombing and destroying deployed equipment and devices belonging to sectors not currently in operation at this time, in which the principle of deployment by our troops, we noticed that the troops deployed, fortified and established control to protect against any land attack.
2. The use of shelters that provide complete concealment and would completely hide the weapons, equipment and devices underground (as applied at the beginning of Gulf War I) has been authorized. As applied at the beginning of Gulf War I, this will make them hard-to-find targets for the enemys air force, especially weapons and devices not currently in operation at this time which may be brought into operation in the future. In the event that there is insufficient roofing material, begin with the most important priorities.
Act accordingly.

PS: I did not translate this document because it was only posted in its English translation version on the FMSO/Pentagon website.
I remember reading somewhere that Saddam was obsessed with building as many bunkers as possible and there might be hundreds of them as much as a hundred or so feet underground.

Do we have these three whose names are on these letters in custody? Sounds like they could use a good dose of water boarding to "persuade" them to give us the location of every bunker that was used to hide Saddam's weapons.
