Document CMPT-2004-001810-T.pdf was posted in its English translation on the Pentagon/ FMSO website. It contains top secret letters dated March 2003 few days before the start of the Iraq war. The top secret letters were order to Hide and Conceal Equipments and Devices Underground in Hidden Shelters and especially the weapons and devices that are not currently in operations but can be used in the future. What are these weapons that are ordered to be hidden and are not currently in operation but can be used in the future? Most probably these are either finalized form of WMD or precursors to make WMD when the moment is right. This is one of the most important Iraqi documents published so far.

Re: Concealment of Equipment and Devices

1. During our observation of enemy air attack techniques in bombing and destroying deployed equipment and devices belonging to sectors not currently in operation at this time, in which the principle of deployment by our troops, we noticed that the troops deployed, fortified and established control to protect against any land attack.

2. The use of shelters that provide complete concealment and would completely hide the weapons, equipment and devices underground (as applied at the beginning of Gulf War I) has been authorized. As applied at the beginning of Gulf War I, this will make them hard-to-find targets for the enemy’s air force, especially weapons and devices not currently in operation at this time which may be brought into operation in the future. In the event that there is insufficient roofing material, begin with the most important priorities.

Act accordingly.

Rove's October surprise? Photographs maybe?

You are doing an outstanding job jveritas and I, as well as thousands of conservatives, thank you.

Rove must be slipping. It took him three years to cook up this phony memo?

Seriously, great find!

Have we even found any underground facilities? I recall one with some hallways and rooms, but I would assume thruout Iraq there would be more.

I ma sure that there are many underground shelters or weapons burial sites that we did not uncover yet. Iraq is the size of California, unless we get very lucky or get a tip from someone or find some documents, we will not know about where the WMD or Precursors for WMD were found.

"This can't be true, it didn't happen, Rove forged this, what me worry?, I've never seen this in the press, not even the WSJ editorial page, blah blah blah." There, now all the Democrats can relax because I have just given them all the talking points they need to refute this discovery. Of course, the facts are on the side of the existence, concealment, and dispersal of WMDs by Saddam, but when have facts affected DNC talking points?

I'm glad you caught this one. I had spotted it a few days ago but neglected to bookmark it.

My feeling is this order is important (primarily) because it proves a chain of command reaching from the top to military,to the Fedayeen Saddam, to the al-Quds (Palestinian) Martyrs brigades....although it might explain small hideouts discovered, containing VX in one and a small flash dryer in another.

All were under 1 command.

By the way, when Iraqis refer to the 1st Gulf War, they are talking about the Iraq/Iran war; the 2nd to them was Desert Storm; and the present conflict is #3.

In addition to WMDs, this document could be referring to devices such as IEDs and other conventional weapons. In any event, I am not going to give these Saddamites the benefit of any doubt.

I think from the context of the letters, the mentioned 1st Gulf war is what we call operation Desert Storm. Also the Iraqis had different name for the wars they fought under Saddam. For example they called the war with Iran “The Glorified Qadisia of Saddam” and they called Operation Desert storm “The Mother of All Battles” or “The Thirties Aggression” referring to the alliance of the 30 nations against Iraq in operation Desert Storm. These names of the wars had been used in many Iraqi documents.
