Bill Clinton: We Did Nothing Wrong
Despite his impeachment, Gennifer Flowers, Whitewater and the other problems that have beset Bill Clintons political career, the former president still maintains he did nothing wrong.
During a wide-ranging interview with David Remnick of The New Yorker magazine excerpted earlier on NewsMax.com Clinton started to talk about Whitewater, about Kenneth Starr, about how allowing the appointment of a special prosecutor had been the worst decision of his presidency, Remnick writes.
He talked about old enemies in Arkansas, about the Resolution Trust Corporation, about Gennifer Flowers, about Susan Schmidt of the Washington Post. Despite Clintons claims he is not looking back, you could see just how deeply he still feels the attacks of the late 90s, Remnick disclosed. He noted Clintons anger is palpable as his carotid artery seemed to inflate like a jammed garden hose as these topics were discussed.
But when asked if he thought it would be unbearable to go through all of it again if Hillary ran for president in 2008, Clinton replied: I dont care, because we know we did nothing wrong.
Surprisingly some of Clintons closest supporters think he has more to blame than the so-called Clinton haters.
Remnick quoted one of Clintons closest aides, former Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, regarding Clintons state of denial:
The method he uses to live with himself is to make a clear and precise argument that this was something that others had done to him and not that he had done to himself.
Because of his brainpower, he can create a logic for anything.
But deep down he would be such a good person if he could just accept the fact that he screwed up and made mistakes, and move on.

Except give the GOP control of congress in 94
Cause Gore to lose FLA in 2000 because of Elian Conzales
Campaign against Bush in FLA in 2002 and run out to Minn to attend the Wellstone fiasco

Just like moderate Islam needs to stand up, it is time for women to get louder on the other part of sisterhood. If not stopped they will kill us all. Woman don't listen to men as much as they listen to other women. Hint: start with Oprah.

This is not always true. Many freepers tell us that their wives cancel their vote.

The method he uses to live with himself is to make a clear and precise argument that this was something that others had done to him and not that he had done to himself. Kinda like a five year old who got caught doing something wrong. huh?
Because of his brainpower, he can create a logic for anything. This sentence needs to be corrected:
Because of his brainpower child like brain, he can create a logic for anything.
There. That's better.

Time for the real conservatives on FR,
be it Republicans, Independents or Democrats
(like Zell Miller and John O'Neill) to band together
and oust the looney left and RINO's
The "Politically Correct RINO's" on FR are the same group
who "swore"
klintoon, hitlery, hanoi kerry, sanbdi ber(bur)glar, al bore, jane beno,
would be prosecuted for
pardongate, chinagate, the bribes in upstate NY in the 2000 NY Senate race, waco, etc, etc,
"when" the "time was right".

With all the negatives, how did this jerk got to be President in the first place? Well you see the GOP needed to be taught a lesson. And so the vote was split between a so-so Republican and a third party lunatic. As has been pointed out BJC never got 50% of the vote.

Pollster: "I am with ACME polling and we are trying to determine the public's interest in voting for Hillary Clinton if she runs for President."
Enterprise: "Well, I can promise you that I would vote for Hillary if she weren't married to Bill Clinton." (Fingers crossed and smirking.)
Pollster: "Thank you sir for your time and candid response."

She did do it to him, didn't she? And I can see him being in denial. I'd be in denial if I ever woke up with her there. There was a great "lady's man" skit on this awhile back.

It actually made me question if women were bright enough to have the right to vote. My wife said the same thing.

"We did nothing?, Wrong!" or "We did!, nothing wrong"..(with that).
Just requires proper parsing, as always.

Women voters were the largest single block of voters for Clinton. They are to blame.
***
Whoa! Hold on thar. I'm female and single and I DID NOT vote for him...either time.
And I did not find him physically attractive either. I actually doubt that most of the women who willingly did the deed with him thought hewas good looking either. They just did it for the glory, thrill and danger of copulating with the President of the United States.
To: fatnotlazy
Does not matter what you did. It is the rest of the sisterhood that is causing the problem. Call it Soccer moms, mortgage moms or what ever, your sisters are the problem.
