Well, at least it is a compliment.....

He's right. Satan could probably convince some of the agnostic libertarians to stay home. But they'd come out to oppose Hillary! :)

I'm not a Jerry Falwell fan, but the man is very intelligent and this was a great remark - a great remark. He threw down the gauntlet to her and lit a fuse in the evangelical community at the same time. Finally, Christianity with a battle strategy.
She could outdraw the devil -- she and the Little Man. This "global aids initiative" is a perfect example. Richard Branson is going to finance her presidential campaign.
The Clintons are the poster children of Despicable and Ruthless.

Typical..the media trying to blunt Chavez's remarks about the President being the devil, by digging up this private remark by Falwell against Hitlery.

"I certainly hope that Hillary is the candidate," Falwell said, according to the recording. "She has $300 million so far.Amen! She's already been chosen, just have to play-act out an election for the masses...
To: John Carey
Her candidacy would sure get out the White male vote.

Hillary isn't satan. For Christians to be more likely to object to Hillary than satan is not something to be proud of.

I don't know about that, Pastor Falwell. My understanding is that Satan, at least, can do a convincing impression of an angel of light. Hillary? Fuggeddaboudit. That ain't happenin'.

"He was calling Hillary Clinton a demonic figure and openly arguing that God is a Republican," said the Rev. Barry Lynn, director of the advocacy group Americans United for Separation of Church and State. "It's hard to know whether people thought he was joking or serious, but once you start using religious imagery and invoking a politician in this way, it's not funny."Did Barry Lynn make this same type of comment when Chavez called our president the devil?
I'm not holding my breath on that one.

Wasn't there some hubbub about Satan following Hillary around a couple of years ago during her book tour?
Guess he was just waiting for a chance to get in her entourage.

He's wrong. I will not cast a compromised vote no matter who the other side offers. I've been burned by that approach.
And Hillary is not the devil. Many...okay, most...perhaps ALL...of her positions are appalling. But she is not worse than the Devil, even as a tongue-in-cheek statement. She represents the views of many, and they should choose her if they feel she best represents them. Our job is to win more voters with someone better. If we offer a half liberal, as looks like we might do, then I'm not voting, depending on which half I'm offered. I will not compromise on certain issues no matter what. Name call if you must. But my vote is for the candidate to win. I owe it to no one.
