The lead singer spoke to the Vancouver Sun recently, saying, "but if you live in Lubbock, Texas, where I'm from -- you just have one paper and one radio station and unless you're savvy on the Internet, that's it for you. If Bush said get a gun and kill an Arab, they would do that."
It's a comment that isn't sitting well with some Lubbockites.

I think they've been smoking the same brand of crack.

Natalie
Looks from this pix that she's had a few too many twinkies.
in that last picture she LOOKS like a twinkie! Hey I hear that the Ditzy Chicks are now working on deal with Hugo "the toad" Chavez to write the new national anthem for Venezuela.
Lubbockite is the correct term. I was one for many years.
Why should she stop now? Her career is already circling the drain, might as well flush it and go out with a splash.
Probably have a mention of Earl in the song;o)

L-R: Emily Robison, Natalie Maines and Martie Maguire of the Dixie Chicks, seen here in May 2006. The documentary "Dixie Chicks: Shut Up and Sing" is sure to cause a row at the Toronto International Film Festival, as it recalls the Texas-born country singers' tiff with Bush over the war.
Emily Robison (L), Natalie Maines (C) and Martie Maguire, members of music group the Dixie Chicks, arrive at a pre-Grammy party hosted by Clive Davis in Beverly Hills, California February 7, 2006. The Dixie Chicks were snubbed again with not a single Country Music Association award nomination on Wednesday. The country-pop trio have been boycotted by many radio stations since lead singer Natalie Maines said during a London concert in March 2003 that the band was 'ashamed' to come from the same state -- Texas -- as President George W. Bush.
Well heck's bells, what else would you do with a gun and an Arab?
I can't imagine why they think that they should get a CMA award, they ditched country and went "pop"
There was a fat chick from Lubbock,
Who's mouth is bigger than her buttock
When she opens it wide
The crap from inside
Spills out all over her ugly kisser.
"Toby Keith is from Oklahoma. Hardly the South!"
Except for Texas it would be on the Gulf of Mexico.
Fat Nat is obviously too stooopid to comprehend that.

If Clinton said "Fall to your knees and suck my wee bent willy" -- lots of loony leftist bitches would do just that.
Not nearly as productive or necessary as "killing the right Arabs".....
