He had to go - so now he has to go.

When cops busted David Rivera Cruzado for urinating on a Queens sidewalk in March, a fingerprint check revealed he had been deported to Peru in 1999 and wasn't supposed to be on Roosevelt Ave. - never mind in the U.S. at all.

His weak bladder will cost Cruzado dearly.

After pleading guilty in Brooklyn Federal Court to sneaking over the Mexican border into Texas in December 2005, Cruzado is now facing four years in prison before he's booted out of the U.S. a second time.

"I want to apologize to the U.S. government for .....

So the fact that he took a leak in the street was only a minor part of his problem.

"I want to apologize to the U.S. government for coming back this way," Cruzado told Federal Judge Frederic Block on Friday. "I just came to work. I will never do this again."

He'll never "do this again"...?

Yes, we know:

Because you're getting sent back, and next time, there'll be A FENCE.

Glad the NYPD busted him for tinkling in public. In San Francisco, the cops just watch as bums take a leak anywhere they feel like.

We paid to send him back, paid to try him, and jail him, and now we pay to send him back AGAIN?

You know what?

I think we should have WORK CAMPS for people who do this to us. And we should put them on chain gangs until they can pay us back for everything, including airfare back, and THEN we should fly them back.

And we should do that --impose sentences of forced labor-- every time we arrest one of these SOB's.

After all, "they just wanna work", right....?

Peeing on a sidewalk? Where did he think he was - a Spinach Field?

Good one.

I cannot begin to count the times I saw Mexicans peeing in public when I lived in California. Suffice to say it was "many". Young men, old men, wherever and whenever, would whip out there wieners right there on the street. After a while it made me so mad I began to yell and honk at them whenever I saw it, in an attempt to embarass them.

I failed in that attempt. I was but one man, and the peeing mexicans were many.

I understand farmers are complaining about having a hard time finding employees.. Seems like a natural match to me.

18-25K a year to lock him up, likely - somehow, I think there must be a better use of our meoney.

Let's see. Untold government freebies, unpaid medical bills, court costs, and tax dollars for his incarceration compared to the cost of a couple inches for his portion of a border fence.

Agreed. In my town it's not even a misdemeanor anymore to pee in public so (most of) police book for indecent conduct and let the judge sort it out. Otherwise it's just a civil penalty.

It's not his weak bladder that is costing him, it is his penchant for disobeying our laws (like the one that says he may not be in the US).
