OPEN LETTER TO MC CAIN
Vanity

Posted on 09/19/2006 12:59:35 PM PDT by capebuffalo

As a Korean Veteran, I am appalled by the blatant attempt of you and your fellow RINO & ACLU want to B's demanding that this Government, which I pray that you never get to lead, treat captured Islamic terrorists, who wear no uniform, represent no Sovereign government in accordance with the Geneva Convention and allow their defense to have access to classified information. You've got to be kidding! you must really have it in for George Bush. Unfortunately for us, you not only hold grudges, but still trade on the fact that you were a prisioner of war some 40 years ago. It's amazing that we don't hear similar statements from other prisioners of the Korean and Vietnam wars.

We do know how our captured soldiers were treated. They were tortured, be-headed and dis-emboweled. There were no Geneva convention rules for them. There never will be! Tell that to their parents, wives and siblings. You're more interested in the defense of those terorists who killed them. Shame on you and your stupid theories.

We're not fighting some future war. We're fighting for the very survival of this country. you and your fellow senators took an oath to protect the people of the United States, not some Arab who has sworn to kill us. Why not ask the American public how they feel about the senate putting the interest of terrorists ahead of their security?

George Bush may never have been in a real war, but he has the brains and guts to know that he is a leader in one, now. You and your fellow Senators are giving comfort to the enemy. In my day that was called treason.

George Bush is right! It's your sworn obligation as a Senator to give the military and those responsible for our safety the tools they need to protect us from those religious fanatics who have sworn to kill us. Be a man and vote for the president's legislation. (Faxed to 202-228-2862

If Mc Cain, Graham and Warner were captured today they'd be tortured, be-headed and dis-emboweled. They don't get it. mark Levine called it right they're ACLU want to B's with stupid theories on appeasement. Shades of Carter and Clinton. No bxxx's!

Great letter but is going to fall on deaf ears as your last line Be a man and vote for the president's legislation. implies he is a man which is clearly not the case. Besides he is so full of himself he will only look down on you with disgust from his throne on high; as you, I and all Americans are not worthy to lick the boots of the media darling McCain. I wish AZ residents would wake up and vote this fool out of the Senate, too bad they have to wait till '10 for that opportunity.

"If McCain is the Republican nominee I simply will not vote for him...."

I sincerely pray that McCain is NOT the nominee of the Republicans. I don't think I have the physical strength to hold my nose tightly enough to allow me to cast a vote for him. I just do NOT trust that man.

BTW, he is the only potential candidate we have that I feel that strongly about. I won't vote for the dem, whoever he/she is, but I don't see how I could vote for McCain......sigh

I understand completely what you have written, and I thank you for putting it in terms that are very understandable. I would like to send a copy of this to Lindsey Graham and ask him to come to SC and answer some questions from his constituents! Bet he hasn't the 'courage of his convictions' or 'his principles' that would allow the pipsqueak to do that! One of the radio talk show host in the Upstate has a saying for Graham..."Wipe the McCain off your nose."

Unfortunately, senator Graham didn't show a fax number. I did send one to Warner, Frist, Santorum and Specter. If you have one I'd send him a similar letter.

"If McCain is the Republican nominee I simply will not vote for him...."

If McLame is wins the republican nomination, it will be a sign that the RNC has decided that it's the democRATS "turn" to be president. After all the RNC has done this before (remember when we were given Bob Dole as the candidate).

I wouldn't have voted for the ego-manical idiot before this but after observing him and his puppets in the Senate, I would vote to impeach all of them as they are not fit to hold the office. They did swear to uphold the same Constitution that the U.S. Military (God Bless each and every one of them) does.

McCain's constant push to dominate U.S. politics or block the President's attempt to defend this country from further attacks, is dangerous to each and every American!

Make that two of us. If it comes down to McCain the traitor and a democrat, I am sitting this one out.

I got polled tonight!

When asked whether I would vote for McLame, I said, "No. He's a traitor." The poller was quiet for a minute and started asking about abortion. When she said, "So-and-so voted to uphold abortion, does that make you more or less likely to vote for them?" I replied "Less likely, I think abortion is murder." I was floored when the poller said, "So do I!"

She warmed as I responded. Maybe they aren't all liberal pukes.
