John Kerry recently volunteered that he was prepared to kick [the Swift Boat Veterans] ass from one end of America to the other and that he would demolish us. He ought to take a Christmas cruise to Cambodia to calm down. Maybe he could take a side trip to tour Genghis Khan ruins.
It is a little difficult to imagine Kerry (I voted for it before I voted against it) kicking the most decorated living serviceman, Bud Day, a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient, or our salty commander, Adm. Roy Hoffman, anywhere. Perhaps Kerry had in mind using a Rice Fanny Grenade as he did by mistake on himself shortly before leaving Vietnam. If so, based on the record, he is in far more danger than anyone else.
Kerry and his friends certainly seem to show much greater anger and hatred toward us than toward the murderous al Qaeda terrorists. This is actually a positive thing. Based on his record of switching to adopt the North Vietnamese position in 1971 and (after voting to send our kids to Iraq) proposing to cut and run in Iraq, it is likely that Kerry will be endorsing our positions by 2008 and (in his words) Swift Boating himself. If not, it is OK. After living for 34 years with his claim that our comrades, living and dead, were like the army of Genghis Khan, we will always remember and be grateful for the support of the American people in 2004. Nothing he will ever say can demolish that or will speak nearly so loudly.
Mr. O'Neill is a Houston attorney who clerked for Chief Justice William Rehnquist during the Supreme Court's October 1974 term. He authored the New York Times No. 1 bestseller, "Unfit for Command" in 2004.
Lying in people's faces is a talking point of the libs. It worked for the fat, vicious bastard from the wrong side of the tracks, billyblythe; so it's become their TP #1. People who have been taught graciousness don't call get in other people's faces and call them liars; so those with no manners get away with it.
I donated $500 to the Swiftees.
As I recall, toward the end of the Democrat primary, Kerry was saying "Bring it on!!!". After the Swiftees had brought it on, he was whining to Bush "Make 'em stop!!!"
HAHAH JOHN O'Neill just ripped sKerry a new FRENCH AHOLE!

Hey don't blame all of us! There is a consistent 37% that does NOT vote Democrat!
I hope someone reminds John F'n and crew to be sure and pack a lunch....
It's going to be a looooong afternoon....
What's he bitchin about? Isn't that what he WANTS the President to do in Iraq?
Can a secret Pardon Happen? I know Presidents can do this at the end of a term, but I thought it was a public document.
Where do I start?
I don't think he will make a serious run in 08,unless he runs for reelection for the Senate at the same time. This state is chock full of idiots, but I don't think they'll put up with that.(Ketchup Lady won't either,no political office, no Ketchup Lady)
I remember before the election in 2004, when the Swift Boat Veterans presented so much damaging evidence about Kerry, that most of the DNC shills on the talk shows suddenly refused to rationally discuss the subject. Their standard defense was, "The SBV's have already been discredited", as if any clear-thinking American had already dismissed the allegations against Kerry.
I used to watch Joe Scarborough's show on MSNBC in 2004. I happened to be watching when Pat Buchanan as guest host tried to moderate a discussion between John O'Neill and Lawerence O'Donnell. O'Donnell's behavior was shameful, and his only defense of Kerry was that O'Neill was a "liar."
O'Donnell's emotional meltdown was too much even for MSNBC, and he was given a "vacation."
Did Kerry back out? Does he not want a court to have access to his records rather than the 3 friends he released his records to that could filter the bad from the good to the public? Come on Kerry, kick the ass of those that are not your friends that get your records.
I actually think Kerry is dumb. After being pilloried by the Swift Boaters he now wants to go back and get beat up again. Unbelievable!
By the way, the most catchy phrase was by Bob Dole who said, "...I guess for Kerry it was three scratches and you were out..." LOL. Four months and 12 days and then a political career based on lies about his comrades in arms.
My DEROS was 17 May 1969.
Hanoi John Kerry ping.
I found FR linking from the Swiftboat Vet Site.
It's quite possible one of your posts over there brought me here.
So....Thank You!
And we do not know if that was a complete release of everything.
The signer of a Form 180 (the service member who is releasing their service record to someone else) can designate (limit), on the form the specific documents he is releasing and to whom.
I think the Swiftboat Vets believe that Kerry did not release all his medical files, which would confirm or refute injuries, their extent and their date of occurance. One of his main awards appears to occur for an innocuous injury for which an award was initially denied; and for which Kerry then went to a later commander and later medical staff to get approval (and he got it) - for a then no longer provable or deniable "injury".
The majority of his peers (men of similar rank with similar duties in the same command) did not object because with that award Kerry was able to request to leave Vietnam and his peers were glad to see him go.
