Vice President Cheney was shown as a old, humped over, old fool. This day has just been too much. I noted how unattractive the actor was. Cheney is a handsome man with a beautiful smile, a charming wit, and a quick intelligence.
I googled for a picture to post. I can't believe how many pages I had to skim before I found one without a snarl. The media goes out of its way to make him look unattractive and old. They must go through a lot of film to catch that perfect snarly shot.

My thoughts-
1. I hate the woman playing Condi because of her role on 24-- it is a visceral reaction.
2. The leader of the Northern Alliance should have been supported and the Taliban routed.
3. Albright, Tenet and the Bergler looked like crap.
4. Clarke and O'Neill came across as people who get it, along with an assortment of the FBI lower level guys.
5. The Wall should have been mentioned by name in the FBI/CIA standoff.
6. Government and politicians are going to have a heck of a time winning this war if we want to make sure that no one gets their feelings hurt.
7. The commission "F's" and D's are primarily where the Dems don't want to allow any infringement on civil rights of citizens and non-citizens alike.
Overall I give this production an A-. I hope they put out an uncut DVD.

Richard Clarke is my hero!
It is amazing his insight, his knowledge, his leadership was not recognized by Condi Rice.
ABC really did a great job having this magnificent person on the set to offer his expert guidance on such a fine project.
How DARE such a brilliant man have to take orders from a, a....BLACK WOMAN!

Well, the Clintonistas demanded that part be cut. And we didn't get to see Clarke walk on water, either.

The "A" I was thinking of had more to do with what the commission members spend most of their time sitting on.

Richard Clarke responds to each situation:
"Do I have to do EVERYTHING?"
ABC was afraid is sounded contrived, factually baseless and repetitive.

I agree and I see that Clarke was more ticked off at Clinton than Bush because Clinton's People looked like incompetents. He obviously was given carte Blanche by his Bosses at ABC,but he got carried away patting himself on the back. Even with the cuts Clinton really looked bad,all of his people looked bad.

The "A" is for giving us such a hero in Dick Clarke. Does this mean he's running for president?

Actually, 'Mark from Michigan'; but hey, I think BJ Klintoon was taking the opportunity to strike out at Rush too ...
Referring to himself as "Mark from Michigan," Koernke describes himself as a former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer and Counter-Intelligence Analyst. He has appeared at 'survivalist' conventions
