I didn't hear if anyone was planning for a live thread of the film tonight. Just in case anyone wants to start early. Some in Australia already have seen part 1. Part 1 airs tonight at 8pm Eastern Time on ABC.
Good to know and thanks for the ping.
No!
< kidding >
Oops! I hate it when that happens.
I didn't forget, I was making the observation that on that day, it rocketed up to $32, whereas today, it's dropping 'like a rock' to less than $65 a barrell.
Thanks for the ping, V.
I told Hildy last night that I was dying to know your opinion.
I sat 'riveted' --- actually rooting for our guys' success. I think the cleaning lady came out looking the worst.
Do you go on like this every time you watch TV? You must be very popular.
There is a 16 x 20 photo hanging in my living room. I took it years ago. It's a night scene of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Trade Center and part of lower Manhattan.
I never forget and forgiveness is totally out of the question!!!!
"but it ended 15-20 minutes short of that and they put in filler."
No commercials.
Ah! Gotcha! Your 1st 2 posts made it look like you'd made a mistake, then caught yourself. It was an interesting comparison, for sure.
What you need to do is right-click on the hyperlink (I copied some hyperlinks below), then select "Save Target As". You should then be prompted where to save it on your computer and to specify a name. The name for all the files may be the same so you may want to append a different digit to each to differentiate them. Unfortunately the links included are nolonger any good so you will have to check other FR thread for links to the clips, then follow the instructions above.
Unfortunately I cannot at this time provide links to my copies.
clips... Here's a clip synopsis.
These clips are circulating fast.

I watched the whole thing last night (even though it meant less sleep). I think the most devastating scene was when Amy Madigan's (I think that was her) character broke into Freeh and Burgler's meeting in tears, telling them, "You knew!". Riveting television.

Wow! I can't believe Shep just said he has gotten so many emails asking why FNC is forcing us to relive 9/11. He said, "We have to do it so we don't forget."
No Spanish subtitles where I live. Where are you located?
See, I found that scene totally contrived.

That was a powerful scene, but I doubt it happened. I do not doubt, however, that an agent confronted either Freeh, Burglar or both.
I don't know...a high powered agent breaking into a meeting crying???? Didn't work for me.
I agree. That scene was powerful, but likely didn't happened quite like that. Of course, we could be mistaken.
I can see you as that agent --- and you would be mad enough to barge into their meeting.
let's de-classify all the 9-11 committee testimony (not the report, the testimony it was based on) - so we can find out.
