I didn't hear if anyone was planning for a live thread of the film tonight. Just in case anyone wants to start early. Some in Australia already have seen part 1. Part 1 airs tonight at 8pm Eastern Time on ABC.
The ending was likely just a flash forward. Tomorrow it will go back to early 2000 and proceed to 9/11.

Great post and I agree. We already knew Bill Clinton sat on his D**k for eight years. That and whored around with sluts during his liberal reign of power. The terrorists knew that also. Yes, and that was a comment I don't understand. We know the 9/11 attacks were already underway before the Cole bombing, so a retaliation against Cole would have done nothing to stop it, unless the retaliation was to invade afghanistan and overthrow the taliban.
Clarke sometimes talks like we should have done that, as if there was any chance that a newly elected Bush, with firm democrat opposition to his even BEING president, could have invaded another country. If Clinton, beloved by all, couldn't do it as an outgoing president, nobody could.
Rush's show Monday should be all about The Path to 9/11. Maybe he can tell us what's in Part 2.
