Oh Sean was hyperventilating for poor ABC. They are in a bad place because the congress might punish them......blah,blah, whine whine. So much for intellectual honesty. Already shilling for ABC 'editing'.
I guess that's true for stuff ready to air. My only experience has been with studios, CBS and NBC testing of pilots and trailers. Most of that was/is sent to us via tape. Even our testing center at the MGM in Las Vegas, which is set up for satellite feeds, still uses tape more than anything for our work (mostly Spring testing for Fall pilots).
Bookmarking for later.
I will probably DVR, after reading more comments after it's shown. If it's an edited sham, I probably won't watch it, because I don't want my blood pressure to rise.
Unless my curiosity gets the best of me, and I go ahead and watch...
Gosh, I'm doing so much waffling, I feel like John Kerry (Heaven FORBID!)
The DUmmies are going nuts. They are rushing to put out a rebuttal site for the world to see. It's called thepathsince911.com. This stuff must really be hitting home on them. Basically no matter what's in the movie the damage has been done --- these guys can't belive that one of their own, ABC, is putting this on. I just love it, they may have just realized that they don't own the discussion anymore.
Who the hell cares about Nightline. Kopell is an old hasbeen much like Rather. Tomorrow is a work day and no one is going to stay away for Kopell.
I'm throeing "Path to 9/11" on my DVR, but only because I'll be too busy watching the actual 9/11 footage on CBS.
That is the footage America needs to be watching.
"There were mistakes made, by many people. And those who see themselves portrayed in it, they're going to be sensitive about it. But everything's different in hindsight." For more from Donnie Wahlberg, the star of CW's upcoming serialized thriller, Runaway, visit TVGuide.com Insider this Sunday.
anyone know the schedule for airing tonight?
Koppell got booted from Nightline. They have a new crew that's getting better ratings in the timeslot.
....in the US Embassy attacked,
... murdered on the first attack on the towers.
....serving in the Sudan who died
...serving on the USS Cole.
....murdered on the Kitty Lauro
... murdered on 911
Sean went soft when he became a media star.
oops.....stay awake for Kopell
Now you're talking. Somehow our side needs to be find ways to keep this issue alive for a few months. This could be a grassroots swiftboat moment IF the grassroots piles adds evidence and finds ways to further educate the sheeple as what Clinton and the democrats failed to do when they were in charge. Not just Clinton but Gorelick's wall.
LOL, they were trying to keep it under the radar until they accomplished their mission.
I think Clintons objection, (if he were honest), is the Lewinsky scandal and impeachment. This movie may re-open many wounds, and the easiest way to object without exposing his "open wound" is to point to some contrived inaccuracy.
This movie is going to be part of his legacy. He and Hillary are going to be embarrased big time, and they know it. Im sure they are in shock, and will be puking tonight.
Wouldn't stay up on a bet!!!
Good for Donnie Wahlberg. He was really good as the solid Sgt. Lipton
in "Band of Brothers". I suspect he'll be great as the field operator
for the CIA in "Path".
I was at the thread that showed the Aussie version. I will see if I can find it for you.
Ted Lament resurrected impeachment by blasting LIEberman for his speech w/regard to Klinton's behaviour on the Senate floor. These people just can't help themselves, their ugliness just oozes out.
"during the speech tonight, GW"
In a time machine? The speech is tomorrow, Monday.
