Actor Harvey Keitel, star of ABC's "The Path to 9/11", said he believes movies and TV programs detailing what happened that day are important....
...Filming the story behind the attacks "evoked in all of us...a sense of responsibility to the heroes of that day, to be as truthful as is humanly possible to honor them," (Harvey) Keitel said. "There isn't anyone from the top on down to the caterer and prop master who didn't have it in their bones to get it right."
Keitel, who lives in New York's TriBeCa neighborhood, visited Ground Zero a few days after the attacks....

Thanks tina. It makes me wonder if Keitel ever bothered to view any of the 9/11 commission's hearings, or read any of the final report. Next thing you know he'll be testifying on Capitol Hill as an expert on the events that led up to 9/11 simply because he played one of the characters in the movie.

I just finished watching this, this should be played everywhere. I'm inclined to blame the idiots at the FBI more than anyone at this point after watching this. What else went on in that crazy administration, or more correctly didn't go on. My God.

I agree with you. Wonder what percentage of the population ever watches these programs?
Most of this is things we Freepers are aware of, but the general public is oblivious to, and taking it out keeps the general public in the dark and stupid.
Pellegrino's book "Ghosts of Vesuvius" is a good read, and he does an admirable job explaining how the pyroclastic clouds around volcanoes were very similar to the debris clouds around the collapsing twin towers (without the searing heat).
I appreciate your advice! I have two videos of my own (my darling new grandson!) on the same thing, QuickTime. I just checked and nothing else downloaded, unless that's not how to tell. I don't know much about computers, learning as I go, doing fairly well, but no expert by any means, lol!

That's what kills me, all the things so many know nothing about, either by ignorance or out and out stupidity, or a combo of both. I know a few of all 3 kinds myself. I am so infuriated and anyone with common sense should be.

"Virtually from Day 1 of shooting, "Keitel put his own researcher on the case," looking to correct historical, character and other inaccuracies he found in the script, said John Dondertman, a production designer on the film.
That led to Keitel rewriting most of his own lines - which in turn meant almost daily revisions for cast members who had scenes with him."
"On one occasion, Keitel holed up in his hotel for an entire day with director David Cunningham revising the script.
Other times, Cunningham would "fumble through the 9/11 Commission book trying to figure out how to correct details Keitel called into question," said the script supervisor."
Sounds like any issues Keitel had were addressed during the filming and they were mostly related to dialogue. Quite a difference from wholesale "lies".
