No one has ever made 'investments' into a Medicare program, like we have for Social Security. It is simply an entitlement that had crept in over the years. I believe it should be means tested.

The SS system was nothing but a pot to dip into. Practically no one would have received anything. We're living longer and messed it up.
Drugs....The new restless leg syndrome really gets me. If my leg didn't twitch or ache occasionally at my age, I'd be worried.
