You know, apparently Bush doesn't come off faring well either.
That is what I understand as well. If it makes people really hate the terrorists, I'll be satisfied. They are our enemy. Good to hear from you Hildy. Peace.
and that won't be edited of course.
no one should watch this show.
And Richard Clarke is unscathed in this movie.
Yes, but Bush isn't howling like a cat on a hot stove. Only Clintonistas who want their second shot at White House power are doing that.
Perhaps not but it still comes down to 8 years vs. 8 months.
It covers 8 years of Clinton and 8 months of Bush.
Based on the team that put it together, I expect Bush to come out pretty well.
Maybe, but GW Bush will take it like the class act he and his wife are. The Clinton's are nothing but Democrat vermin and trash, and slowly the American people will begin to realize what low life traitor scum they are.
"You know, apparently Bush doesn't come off faring well either."
To me, the difference is in how each of these men responded once we were attacked.
I am sure that President Bush, as he looks back on the early days of his administration, after the turbulent, insane election and the shenanigans Gore pulled afterward, I am sure he looks back and wishes he had done some things differently. He is an honest man.
But he INHERITED the mess Clinton left him. Once we were hit, HE would not respond in a way that would protect and defend this country. Clinton was only interested in himself, and how the polls would respond to any action he took. So he didn't act. That's a key difference.
I have no real problem if some of the "mistakes", if that's what they are, that the Bush administration made are considered in this movie. But not until after the MANY mistakes Clinton made are looked at.
Clinton made one stupid mistake after another, for 8 YEARS, and didn't act. That is the area the media has consistantly refused to address, or even consider as major factors leading up to 9-11. You cannot understand HOW 9-11 happened if you don't explore the failures of the Clinton adminstration. I hope a lot of that is left intact in this film.
Once we were attacked, however, President Bush acted. Clinton did not.

COALITION RELEASES CLINTON EDITS
OF ABC-TV PATH TO 9/11 DOCUDRAMA
Timid Television Execs Took Out Some Scenes after Clinton Clamor
Washington, DC The Traditional Values Coalition released footage today from an ABC-TV docudrama The Path to 9/11 which was edited as a result of a tantrum by former President Bill Clinton because it portrayed him unfavorably.
The censored footage is available on http://www.traditionalvalues.org/
Mr. Clinton doesnt want the American people to know that he and his team sat on their hands after terrorists attacked a U.S. Navy ship and bombed the World Trade Center the first time, said TVC Chairman, Rev. Louis P. Sheldon.
Scenes which portrayed an ineffective Clinton Administration headed by a President distracted by the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal and his own impeachment are now missing from the television docudrama.
The President who never had sex with that woman, who didnt know what is meant and who lied to a grand jury, now wants to be the wizard of truth and accuracy. And, the liberal ABC executives go weak in the knees when Mr. Clinton shrieks.
ABC-TV has surrendered. If you want to get something on ABC-NEWS or keep it off ABC-NEWS, call Mr. Clinton! Hell take you into the editing booth, and you can show them what you like and dont like.
America lost respect for Mr. Clinton a long time ago. But we expected more of the First Amendment-quoting ABC news executives. They should be ashamed.
TVC Executive Director, Andrea Lafferty, called ABC-TVs attempts to appease the angry former President a travesty of American journalism.
ABC TV invited me to preview the docudrama. The ABC executive at the preview made it clear that some scenes were a compilation of a few events, but that the docudrama was factual. Lawyers from ABC vetted all of this thoroughly, but that didnt stop the executives from caving in when Mr. Clinton threw a fit.
Mr. Clinton was more interested in pursuing Ms. Lewinsky and other frat boy antics than he was in getting bin Laden.
ABC-TV has now been proven to be owned and operated by Mr. Clinton and the vast left wing conspiracy. ABCs lack of spine is what is despicable, not this factual program.

Bush is isn't screaming like a two-year old child about it airing, either. He's already come off looking like an adult.
Perhaps but Bush hasn't been running around like a fascist threatening the license of networks that don't do his bidding.
Condi Rice comes off the worst, which she certainly deserves. But Richard Clarke does too, and he is portrayed as a hero. So I really can't understand what all the anger on the left is about.
