There is a reason why the radical islamist is anti democracy. Ultimately democracy puts the political, economic and security powers into the hands of the masses, not some demagogue. Muqtar Al Sadr and the Ayatollah Khomeini would agree with Baker. In the end, this is all about power and money and who controls it. The 16 year old with the RPG on Baghdad's streets is a pawn in a huge chess game.
