The US Supreme Court has ruled this unconstitutional in a 5-4 vote.

If the Iraqis apprehend any of the Western journalists who are meeting with terrorists, would anyone have a problem if the Iraqi government sentenced them to death as enemies of the state?

No. Their state, their enemies. They can do what they will.

Pakistan is a nuclear power which will be Mullahed out soon enough. That's his turf now but that's where he will be caught in a covert game.

Well, the thread is talking about Iraq hanging a number of terrorists, that's how I led to my comment that the top terrorist was still alive. I guess I should have specified the top Iraqi terrorist.

CNN has admitted they knew of abuse, torture, and murder under Saddam but they kept quiet in order to maintain their Baghdada bureau.

After Saddam's trial, could they also be found to be knowing accomplices?

I sure hope so. They sacrificed innocent lives for "journalism". The blood is partly on their hands for keeping it quiet. Their bureau in Baghdad only served as a propoganda tool for Saddam anyway.

Exactly; those who shout "No blood for oil" should be aware of "blood for ratings".

Only if they waste time and money on a trial...
