It appears that all the CD-13 votes are from sarasota county, which is almost entirely counted. Where is Detert from?
Your welcome...
I'm not sure how you made this mistake, being from Minnesota, but the seat there is currently democrat, not republican, and so if the GOP can win it it would be a pickup, not a hold.
I'll be focusing on making sure Allen wins big in Virginia.
WooHoo!
All from Sarasota.
I'm not voting for the RINO, nor the rodent. No race to win, since either one is a loser.
In this you are 100% correct. I have stated on FR several times now over just the last few days how retired army general Tommy Franks would have made this race a real contest. The GOP failed us in not convincing him to run.
The information I have obtained from my work within the party over the last year has told me the reason why General Franks would not run -- he did not think he could defeat Harris in the primary.
Yes, that intel came as a surprise to me, as well.
You do know this election is for the US Senate? The US Senate that makes laws for the entire country? Because Harris is the nominee, Senator Bill Nelson gets a free ride to reelection, therefore staying in the Senate and helping pass bad laws that we all have to live under.
Time to get behind all Republican winners after tonight and keep Florida RED!
Um, thanks to a Sprint commercial most people now associated that phrase with someone acting on emotion but actually simply cutting off their nose to spite their face.
In the ad a big Manhattan executive is a Central Park highrise telling his asistant that he made his phone decision because he wanted to "Stick it to 'The Man'." The assistant then notes, "But you are 'The Man.' So aren't you sticking it to yourself?" At which point it hits him, and the embarassed exec mumbles, "Well, maybe."
So yes, your quote is (unintentionally) quite fitting.
OK, I'll stand down...
Bill Nelson will certainly appreciate that help.
Now go ahead and "take your ball and go home". No need to throw a tantrum here.
So you agree that Harris is to blame, since if she had dropped out like a good little crazy woman we could have had Tommy Franks beating Bill Nelson in November.
What a selfish witch!
I was talking about Tennessee, not Florida.
Nancy Detert is still leading with nearly half the vote in? I am surprised.
It's too bad about Tramm Hudson's self-immolation, as he would have had the best voting record.
LONG LIVE KATHERINE HARRIS
She will win this primary easily and by a very wide margin !
