The Jacksonville lawmaker told the Times-Union in an endorsement poll of Northeast Florida legislators that he hadn't made up his mind and didn't want to come out for any particular candidate. On Saturday he said he's had too many constituents asking him, so he's endorsing Gallagher.

I saw a Crist ad yesterday and he was the only one with the NRA endorsement.

NRA endorsed Brad Carson (D) in OK too. Means nothing in today's environment. John McCain has endorsed Crist too!

Well, everyone seems to think Crist is going to win.

But I'm choosing Gallagher for my pick anyway as who I want to win.

I will be voting for Gallagher. There is just something a little weird about Crist. I am pretty sure he is gay.

We have had bad luck with gay republicans, they always seem to turn into democrats. I am not taking a chance.

Yet Wise nor Stan Jordan will openly speak against Jim King who they know is a snake in the grass! We have an opportunity to get his Big Presence out of the Senate and they have clammed up!! I'm disgusted by their silence!

I've know Wise a long time I must say I have really have wondered about his genuineness lately.

At this late pint in the game, his endorsement will have the same effect as an extra quart of water going over Niagara Falls.

Just to confirm: Isn't Jim King's opponent Randall Terry? And hasn't Governor Bush already endorsed Jim King over Randall Terry in the state senate race?

My opinion: Jim King isn't the person I'd want to represent me in the state senate, if I lived in that district; however, if given the choice between King and Randall Terry, I'd vote for King every time.

With all respect, your view may--apparently does--differ. But I'd guess that the silence from Wise and Jordan on the state senate race may have less to do with supporting King than with not wishing to have anything to do with Randall Terry.
