Democrat Bob Beckel threatened Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld with violence today in a discussion on the Fox News Channel about Rumsfeld's speech last week relating the war on terror to World War 2.
Beckel said if Rumsfeld weren't Secretary of Defense and had federal protection, he'd "kick the dog out of him."
Beckel joined a growing number of Democrats who have reacted viscerally to Rumsfeld's remarks, even though Rumsfeld did not single out the Democratic party nor did he name any current Democrats as appeasers.
Bekel is one of the very few Demo pundits who doesn't incite me to throw things at the TV when he is on. I'm surprised...shows how effective this tact of challenging the idiot demos on their loyalty is working.
No, not the ONLY reason. Read this thread, for instance. Our side should be jumping up and down and screaming our heads off every time one of these RAT terrorists makes comments like this about the administration.
What does "our" side do??? Claim this pos is a "moderate" and fair and balanced. The RATS make these veiled and unveiled threats all the time, but we collectively yawn and make excuses why it is not a big deal. Why get upset? In the end we do absolutely NOTHING!!!

Recall back when the stem cell debate was raging? As I recall W had vetoed a bill allowing it or some such. Around this time beckel was on Sean and admitted his alcoholism. A few days after while traveling I was trying to find the Braves game after dark on AM radio(impossible unless you are close to a city). I didn't realize it at first but had stumbled across an Err AmeriKa station and blowhard beckel was on with whichever twit female host(I don't keep up or know their names). It was a bit hard to hear but he was blaming President Bush for NOT allowing a cure to alcoholism because of his actions.

I've seen this jerk on TV numerous times. One time recently, he was whining about being a divorced Dad, which if I'm not mistaken he brought on himself by having sex acts performed on him by a prostitute in the house he shared with his family. I've heard he was married at the time of the incident. And this a-hole has the nerve to talk about Donald Rumsfeld? He isn't worthy of even saying his name.
