Democrat Bob Beckel threatened Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld with violence today in a discussion on the Fox News Channel about Rumsfeld's speech last week relating the war on terror to World War 2.
Beckel said if Rumsfeld weren't Secretary of Defense and had federal protection, he'd "kick the dog out of him."
Beckel joined a growing number of Democrats who have reacted viscerally to Rumsfeld's remarks, even though Rumsfeld did not single out the Democratic party nor did he name any current Democrats as appeasers.
It is fun when they are out of power...

Yes, I do and yes, it is. This wasn't barroom boasting, this was a leading Democratic operative talking on national television about his desire to beat the snot out of the Secretary of Defense.
I was watching that segment if it's the one where he was sitting in for Alan? He was so mad he was about to have a stroke. He wanted that GOP spokeswoman to say that DemonRATS were traitors. He looked like the fool that he is.

The discussion about appeasement and "feeding the crocodile" pertains to Israel. The left are up in arms about our support of Israel. (You know how the Israeli lobby controls our foreign policy and if we quit supporting them the ME would like us again.)

If you are a Rummy Fan (and I am) there are a lot of great quotes from him. How I wish he would run for President...
I sent Beckel a note informing him that Rummy would kick his ass and if he's ever coming to my area to just let me know so we can get together and "talk about this".
