CAIRO, Egypt — Al Qaeda's deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahiri issued a new videotape Saturday along with a man identified as an American member of the terror network, inviting Americans to convert to Islam.
The 41-minute video, posted on an Islamic militant Web site nine days before the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks, had footage of al-Zawahri and a man the video identified as Adam Yehiye Gadahn, an American who the FBI believes attended Al Qaeda training camps in Pakistan and served as an Al Qaeda translator.
Gadahn and al-Zawahiri did not appear together in the footage but were each featured on a split screen. Both wore white turbans and robes.

As I recall, they think this guy was in previous videos with his head covered by a ski mask. But he made one recently uncovered. They are using him because he's American born, has no arab accent and I have no doubt he's an avowed Jihadist. You have to wonder how many guys they have like this that have been over to Pakistan or wherever, been trained in Al Queda camps and are now quietly working at a Dominoes Pizza place waiting for the call to activate the local cell. Pretty scary stuff!

Are you sure this isn't Murtha? It sounds just like him, and Pelosi, Reid and the other Al Queda wannabees. If the Republicans weren't so spineless, they'd put this into their campaign ads. A "Who said this?" quiz format would work nicely.

New As Sahab tape from Al Qaeda Invitation to Islam Released
The anticipated tape from As Sahab featuring Dr. Ayman al Zawahiri and Azzam the American entitled "Invitation to Islam" has been released in the last few minutes on the various Arabic language message boards.
We will be forwarding updates shortly as we review the tape.
The tape is 48 minutes 1 second long, and begins with Azzam the American in English introducing Zawahiri. Zawahiri speaks for approximately 4 minutes, and then introduces Azzam the American.
The segments in Arabic have English subtitles. Much of Azzam the American's portion includes Arabic subtitles.
Zawahiri specifies that this speech is directed to the American people.
The tape makes reference to the war between Israel and Lebanon.

This guy's real name is Adam Pearlman. I've known many crazy Jews, but converting to Islam and joining al Qaeda? This may be a new record.
