Not a lot to add, other than there is a lot of activity on the FBI and Coast Guard channels in LA....also there is a small evacuation going on in SLO county (Los Osos), but it sounds like a crazy person threatening to blow up the hood.

It could be a missile, or a fuselage of a plane ("belly of the eagle").

I remember seeing it back then but not really keying in on it.

Whoever designed the graphic was clever. Devious but clever.

Webmasters for jihad sites have come and GONE (thank God) and they have posted a lot of jihadi graphics over the years. How many have taken artistic license with their web graphics, I do not know.

We may never know. Some do seem a bit fanciful, no doubt.
But a few were disturbing enough, I decided to save them all.

My hope is we'll never have reason to look back and say, "THAT graphic pertains to what happened."
