From the Howard Dean paid stooge site, the Daily Kos:
Cindy Sheehan and fellow Kos Kid Nancy Pelosi.
My Email account disabled
By the way.I am being hassled in every small way they can...
After I sent my essay out to my email list, my
email account was disabled. I have never violated the terms of the account.Encouraging soldiers to resist war is seditious and I could go to prison for it.
I also don't pay my fed taxes, which I could go to prison for.
But I want to put the legality of this war on trial...I want the real people responsible for so much death and devastation to do prison time for what they have done to the world.
We have heard on our communications at camp....that law enforcement is bringing drug sniffing dogs to camp....just a bunch of crap.
Of course Mother Sheehan has vowed to never pay taxes again. (Something she had a problem doing even before she became a professional Bush stalker.)
Still, it's nice to see her follow through on a promise for once.
And of course she is right about her seditious activities being against the law.
But she is sounding even a little more paranoid than usual, though.
Maybe she's been getting too much "second hand smoke" during her sojourn at Willie Nelson's ranch.
The latest Sheehanigans.
Not Guilty
By Reason of INSANITY. This person (Sheehan) is a nutcase !
Good thing I am not attorney general....the federal prosecutors would be much busier with cases aginst treasonous enemies of America whether elected or not, and whether celebrity or not.
The federal tax angle is more likely to land her in jail than
a sedition charge. Sheehan is asking for it with the IRS.
I rather she was arrested for failure to disappear.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Hmm...I always thought the argument ran like this:
Soldiers have to swear an oath of allegiance, said oath being their permission to be subject to military law. That oath is a solemn promise, similar in status to the promise you make to tell "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" in a court of law. Therefore, Sheehan is perfectly within her rights to advocate US withdrawal from Iraq, she can protest and demonstrate to her hearts content, but if she tries to persuade a US soldier from serving she is, in affect, inciting them to perjure themselves, which of course is illegal.
Have I got this right?

Caption: Dumb , Dumber and Dumbest .
Half the 'rats in congress could be prosecuted. On second thought make that should be prosecuted.
I see. Thank you.
Are these provisions only in force during time of war, or is it merely that the penalties are much higher then?
