In the picture with Sheehan and Pelosi, you would think this wacko mother would have at least worn clean shorts, let alone slacks. I'm not saying anyone should cater to Pelosi... it's just that when you want to look professional and mature, you should put some effort into it. Sheehan just looks like a worn out hippie.

Sure, it's possible. Did See-Bee-Ess take that picture? 'Cause this is from just a little bit ago (a month, maybe?)

Obviously photo-shopped.
I'm just waiting to hear she was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease instead of a hysterectomy.

They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

Enough is enough here.
The Justice Department has to start charging her and putting her in jail.
Tax evasion- confiscate California and Texas property, seize bank accounts, freeze bank accounts of those who aid and abet her(code pink.)
Everytime she gets arrested at the White House or any demonstration-charge her. She will have quite a record and deserve jail time/prison.
Put her on trial. She wants to put the war on trial, go ahead. Say she's on trial for tax evasion. She mentions the war, prosecuter objects as irrelevant. She keeps it up, charge her with contempt. She keeps it up, put her in jail for contempt.
Start putting some teeth in our justice system.

Basically what will happen is that someone will ask their senator if Cindy has a "free ticket" and if they can have that free ticket. And this will trigger the IRS commissioner into meeting members of the senate and thus Cindy's little episode will evolve from that point. It'll be 2008 before this really comes around...but simply speaking...Cindy will be doing jail time by 2009....probably a six to twelve month tour. I'm sure she won't mind that...she is used to living in a fantasy world and prison will be no different for her.

The bottom line is that no one is above tax law....if you are in gross violation...you are doing jail time.

She wasn't paying her taxes in the late 90's either. She had tax liens on her home. She needs to be charged.
Judge-"Cindy, are you paying your taxes?"
sheehan-"No. this war..."
Judge-"Irrelevant. Guilty. Pay up or go to prison."

"Are these provisions only in force during time of war, or is it merely that the penalties are much higher then?"

At all times.

"Maybe she's been getting too much "second hand smoke" during her sojourn at Willie Nelson's ranch."

Maybe she got a "greetings" letter from the IRS.

"Everytime she gets arrested at the White House or any demonstration-charge her."

But as you probably know, Cindy was arrested for her illegal demonstration in front of the White House. And the judge in the case let her off for "lack of proof."

Even though there were thousands of witnesses and hundreds of photos.

Perhaps mass emails are a violation of the TOS of her email provider?

Mother Sheehan has never been a big one on dealing in reality. She makes a lot of it up as she goes along.

How much is she in the hole for?
Are we talking in the 5 or 6 figures or more?
How about all the free flights and hotel rooms she is getting. Is that taxable?

Cindy Sheehan is reminding me of Dr. Kervorkian as he went in his slow descent towards a criminal conviction.

Sheehan receives gifts and perks valued at in the $500K to over $1 million in my calculations, in my estimation. Jet trips, luxury hotels, meals etc. etc.

You have to declare all of this, not overtly urinate on the IRS by refusing to file.

This big time tax-evading felon belongs in jail. Remember it was tax evasion that finally put Al Capone away!

I seriously doubt that there are drug sniffing dogs about to be released on camp kommie. Or that there is a secret service "hit squad" out to kill her etc. She is paranoid ( a symptom of her craziness) and she is desperately hoping that she is important enough to rate something.......anything in the way of a reaction from somebody/anybody.

If I was the sheriff down there, I would just wait them out. I bet that the campers down there are derelicts, with no income or resources. If the local law enforcement arrests them then the county will have to shell out all the money to house them and prosecute them. Al'Sheehani and her derelict corps have already cost the good citizens of Crawford a tremendous amount. If they just keep them corralled with no running water, power or flush toilets, the human dregs that are her followers will wander off of their own accord soon. Hopefully to Willies place.

Come to think of it, if he is so down with the cause, why doesn't he set up Camp Commie on his property? Then mother moonbat could "rest and recover" in the midst of all her adoring fans. All 14 of them.

I also don’t pay my fed taxes, which I could go to prison for.

After I sent my essay out to my email list, my email account was disabled. I have never violated the terms of the account.

What exactly was in the email ?

If nothing else, let's hope she has some public service cosmetic surgery while she's away for "medical reasons". Kinda like Susan Estrich has periodically.
