But when she "gets it" from the IRS she can claim
they are just picking on her because of her
stand on the war. Then all the libs and the MSM
can come to her defense and the IRS will give her a
huge refund so the libs and MSM will love them even more.

Basically what will happen is that someone will ask their senator if Cindy has a "free ticket" and if they can have that free ticket. And this will trigger the IRS commissioner into meeting members of the senate and thus Cindy's little episode will evolve from that point. It'll be 2008 before this really comes around...but simply speaking...Cindy will be doing jail time by 2009....probably a six to twelve month tour. I'm sure she won't mind that...she is used to living in a fantasy world and prison will be no different for her.

The bottom line is that no one is above tax law....if you are in gross violation...you are doing jail time.

She wasn't paying her taxes in the late 90's either. She had tax liens on her home. She needs to be charged.
Judge-"Cindy, are you paying your taxes?"
sheehan-"No. this war..."
Judge-"Irrelevant. Guilty. Pay up or go to prison."
