John Kasich is filling in for O'Reilly and has Dan Senor in studio and former marine, Iraq War vet, and failed Democratic candidate Paul Hackett on via satellite. After asking Dan about pulling out early from Iraq ("redeployment" in Dem-speak), and listening to Dan's very benign opinion, John goes to Hackett who immediately launches into an unprovoked name-calling/smearing of Dan Senor!
This guy wanted to be a Congressman? Unbeleivable!

"Hackett delivered a pretty good Democratic Howard-Dean-style meltdown."
Now and then cable TV provides a public service.
Hackett called him Herr Senor, Unterfuhrer and right after he accused Dan of losing $9 Billion in US Tax Dollars, he motioned to himself and made a reference to Hitler .
I could not hear it over John and Dan trying to respond at the same time, but I tried to Tivo back a couple of times and there is definitely the mention of Hitler.
Remember the good ole days when Tony Snow might sub for Bill? ;)
Well, I am going to go read a book. I might check in later tonight.
Hackett was an embarassment to every American who ever served in a uniform. Childish, rude, mean-spirited and ignorant are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind.
That being said, I hoep he gets on TV alot! Best thing that can happen for any conservative opponent is to be on the other side of this wacko.
"The Dems stabbed Hackett in the back."
And now he's taking it out on Dan Senor? Don't psychologists call that "transference"? Shifting your pent-up anger on to some less significant person.
I know better, but I usually watch the first 5 or 10 minutes when Kasich has it and then give up. Gibson is great - just the right combination of sly humor and good delivery.
Maybe it was the lighting, but Hackett looked like he hadn't shaved in a couple of days.
Grubby looking, rude and insulting to Senor. Both Kasich and Senor were taken aback by Hackett's Larry-O'Donnell-act.
"I went ballistic and already emailed Kasich telling him he runs a lousy excuse for the Factor and that Hackett is a know-nothing."
Practise waht ewe preech
LOL!
Yeah John, there are appeasers out there. Stand for something, will ya!
Well, it may be a bit tough on the target, but letting theses a*holes spew on is not only good television, but also good politically......
Exactly!
HE SERVED.
YOU DID NOT.
THAT MAKES HIM AN EXPOERT WHOSE JUDGEMENT CANNOT BE QUESTIONED.
CHICKENHAWKS!
HE SHOULD BE IN CONGRESS, BUT YOU RIGHT-WING NUTJOBS SWIFTBOATED HIM.
Oh, sorry, was having flashbacks to the 2005 special election in my neighborhood.
In all seriousness, I am really not surprised this guy has come unglued.
Thanks for the heads up .....want to see this one.
I served, officer, Army. Hackett can take a hike! :)
TY, I may try to watch this later but Kasich is a jackass. He was idiotic the other night pretending that he "couldn't believe" Karr was not charged in the Ramsey case, and going on and on about how shocked he was and how incompetent the prosecutor must be. Is Kasich a moron or just a phoney? Everyone suspected for days Karr was lying. So the prosecutor checked it out. Big deal.
Thank you for your service!
