Glad you're doing well. :-)
Thank you for your efforts.
How many of these documents exist? How many have been translated?
There are at least 2 million documents. Between private and government translations, I will see the "published" translated documents do not exceed 200.
RE: Your comment.......
"The impression I'm getting is that the American people no longer care-one way or the other whether the war was justified. They just want it to end-ASAP".
Yes, I hear the DBM telling me that is what I think. Then I ask myself -- Is that what I want. The answer is NO! I yell at the TV - you are not speaking for me. Do I want the killing to stop, yes of course!!! Do I place the killing sprees on the heads of the DBM and their kind, much of it I do - they enable the killing cowards to kill!! Bombs in school buses!! Shopping Ctrs!!!! Bombs in airplanes!!!! But this is not just about Iraq and Afghanistan. It never was, ---- but it is/was necessary to establish a secure Iraq.
This should have been controlled or stopped in the nineties
It did not start under clinton but it certainly accelerated and the United States of America was called a Paper Tiger!!! take a look.......

Gaffney was on C-SPAN on Monday discussing his article and he is well worth listening to...... or at least read his article.
Frank Gaffney, President, Center for Security Policy,
discusses his column in today (Tuesdays) Washington Times on how voters should elect leaders this fall who are in favor of supporting the war and funding the military, and not ?defeatists.??

WOW! Why aren't more people working on them? Why is this not a government priority? Aside from the purpose of justifying this war do you think there are things we may learn that can contribute to the WOT?
I can't help but remember the documents in the Meir Kahane killing that sat untranslated for three years and then turned out to be blueprints for bombing the WTC.
Sorry to put you on the spot.
Great work, Joseph! It is so good to see your work on FR--I just wish that we could see it ALL OVER!
The time may be coming soon....
God bless you in your endeavors!
Thanks for the PING!!
Thanks!
Malia, whether I agree with you or not is moot.
The anti-war campaign has been enormously successful: so much so that 60-70% of the people now believe we should get out of Iraq, and let the Iraqis sort out their own problems.
This SAME body of people (at least 50% of them )believes there were/are WMD in Iraq.
I might add that there were 5,000 total killed and wounded in the Kenya attack on our Embassy, figures approaching the 9/11 attack in terms of total casualties.
