"Sudden Jihad Syndrome?"
Yes. Sudden Jihad Syndrome.
Just like Seattle.
UPDATE: A terrorist attack? It does seem a bit reminiscent of the "Jeep jihadi." Well, to look on the bright side, better crashing cars into people than planes into buildings, I guess.
MORE: Gateway Pundit has a roundup. Reportedly, three other people have been taken in for questioning.
Up to 14 hurt in SF hit-and-run spree. (Hat tip: LGF readers.) link: 294 comments "Is he a youth? Is he a person from a diverse background? Does he represent a broad stratum of society? With a name like Ohmeed Aziz Popal I am willing to bet he is a practitioner of the Religion of Peace (TM)."

#16 Ed Mahmoud "Sudden Jihad Syndrome?" Yes. Sudden Jihad Syndrome. For the basics (now replicated many times over) see: http://www.danielpipes.org/article/3450 This guy was on probation last year, for another traffic violation...
For whatever it's worth, I'm not sure this is SJS yet, or just another nutcase- but it is suspicious... |
THANKS backhoe.
Just wondering what would be the reason a traffic infraction would go to municipal court rather than traffic court?
Yep this lil' ol' demon had "sudden Jihad Syndrome" Daniel Pipes came up with that phrase. Where an outwardly normal, law abiding Muslim male goes nuts and has an urge to kill infidels.
The solution to his problems is the same other sudden Jihadists. To kill infidels in a cowardly way.
It's as if their reptilian Muslim brain takes over
Is this a less explosive form of "Premature Jihadulation"?
If he ran down any muzlims, I may give him a pass on being just another crazy killer...But if not,,,
Could it be that that this poor soul was suffering from Post Islamic Stress Syndrome (P. I. S. S. ed) as a result of some recent Islamofacist setbacks?
Why is it that Nationwide, whenever a Muslim is involved in any serious crime,(even horrific ones such as this) it appears the PC "Police" (pun intended)rush to deny ANY possible relation between the perp and being a Muuzie?
What is this, new LEA "talking points" issued throughout the country?
This "policy" has probably replaced the previous # 1 talking-points policy which absolutely "forbids" any mention of a person's "residence status," which I noticed herein, describes this wackjob as a long time resident, but does not address his citizenship status--a taboo subject matter, don't you know!!!
I knew something stunk here when there was not so much as a whisper of this poor "stressed" individuals' name was withheld from initial reports. When that happens, its almost like a big red flag goes up.
Just like those guys in Toronto. They came from so many different backgrounds. What did they have in common?
Sudden Jihad Syndrome
Catchy, kind of like the flow of the words. I expect to hear it on Rush this afternoon!
Perhaps SJS is chemically induced? Just a thought.
They already made a name up for this???? How about "Suddenly Satan Has Possessed Me Syndrome?"
SSHPMS (I just noticed that 'PMS' is in there - kinda funny).
Hmm, are you sure this is SJS? It could be a case of another devil-spawned SUV gone astray. Can SUVs suffer from SJS?
