Being disappointed by this train-wreck of a president should be considered as a compliment.

I'll be impressed only if the poor old fool expresses disappointment with his own failures.

Well Blair can take that as a compliment.

Jimmy Carter is a pig. His brother would have been a better president. At least the Iranians could not have predicted Billy so easily.

The next time Peanut Man goes to the UK, Blair should have him arrested and confined in the Tower of London.

Since the Bush administration won't put this senile old commie
in his place ( protocol and all that), I would love to see Tony Blair
give him his comeuppance.

Billy Carter had some dealings with Omar Khaddafi in Libya.
Bob Hope had a line that "the main difference between Jimmy Carter and his brother was that Billy had a foreign policy."

Not everyone agrees with your worldly views Jimmy Carter!
Jimmy, you are a disgrace to American politics. You are the blame for the start of radical Islam, because you showed weakness when the embassy in Iran was captured. You must know by now former President Jimmy that negotiation with terrorists is a futile exercize. You allowed our people to be held hostage for nearly TWO YEARS. You couldn't put together a successful military response to rescue the hostages, when we had the resources to do so.
Jimmy Carter......why have you not learned that negotiation with Islamic radicals is futile and your visions of utopia are totally ignorant of any concept of fact???
Jimmy Carter, you are still a failure. You have no influence.....
I need to stop ranting. my peanut allergy is flaring up.

He is the most loathesome person there is. Almost certainly deranged, too. His anti-Americanism and fondness for dictatorial regimes will consign him to an appropriate place in American history--the worst President ever.
It is very troubling to me that he is a graduate of the USNA.

Jimmy decided that being the worst President of the 20th Century was not enough for him. He is clearly the worst ex-president of the 20th Century.
I would love to see the definitive book on Mr. Carter and his myriad failures. My guess is that most objective and scholarly historians would have a hard time saying anything good about his presidency.

I almost forgot. There is a good side to Jimmy Carter. He was the last Democrat I ever voted for, for any office. Before Carter, I had never voted for a Republican. (Ronald Reagan gets some credit as well).
