Nationally syndicated radio host Neal Boortz stated on his show today that Randi Rhodes might find herself in court if she continues to tell lies on the air during her radio program.
Since the two appeared on the Larry King Live show a few weeks ago, Rhodes has been obsessed with Boortz after he made her look foolish on national television. At one point Rhodes claimed Boortz made a statement about Muslims that Boortz said he never made. Boortz then issued a challenge to Rhodes with a $5,000 bet. Rhodes accepted the challenge and then told Larry King and the viewers they could find proof of her claims by simply going to the "Media Matters" web site. Later Media Matters issued a statement that it had no documentation to back up the claims made by Ms. Rhodes. For those who are familiar with Rhodes, this was not a suprise. It's extremely rare for statements she makes to be accompanied by with any supporting evidence or proof. In her world, emotion trumps fact.
According to Boortz, he and his family have received death threats due to lies told by Rhodes on her failing radio show (Air America has to pay stations to carry her program). According to Boortz, Rhodes has been making statements she says Boortz has made regarding Muslims.
Transcripts from the Boortz show reveal that Rhodes claims were incorrect. Boortz is still waiting to recieve his check from her.

I tune in every once in a while to see if the local station has been able to sell more than a third of their commercial slots. The only time they do sell their slots is when they preempt to broadcast baseball. The rest of the time it is "the message brought to you by this station and the AD Council."
Let Randi Rhodes spew her hateful tirades including a skit of shooting The President and all you hear from Big Media pundits is "Yeah Baby!".

Franken was getting something like $7 million a year in salary last I heard. Anybody remember the actual number?
Boortz going after Rhodes is like an NFL lineman beating up a Willie M kid.
And she looks like something out of Rocky Horror.

Soros is propping up Air America and no one knows why. I'm surprised NPR hasn't picked up the whole network by trading a fax machine for it.

I'm shocked that David Brock and Media Matters didn't play ball with Rhodes and just make up some "proof." "Fake but accurate" was good enough for CBS.
She is just $10.00 away........ LOL!
I like my game better. I can't listen to her for three minutes, let alone 30. Horrible, horrible, "woman?"
