I find it interesting that people who rail against immigration the most since behind desks or microphones and spew venom against business like hillary does(remember hillarycare).
Yep Glenn sick these ambulance chasers against those evil farmers and contractors, since they do such evil things such as grow food or build shelter.
In this case, choking the company that hires an illegal criminal is a good thing.GO GLENN!
Businesses that hire illegal aliens have no excuse to do so other then break the law and not pay taxes.
I've never heard Glenn speak out AGANST big business and cheerlead for ambulance chasers. Are you sure you aren't going a bit overboard with your analysis?
I agree, send the illegals back and let them file to get in legally. If the government was doing the job, lawyers wouldn't be needed, but I hope they win and help stop companies from breaking the law hiring illegals.
Anything for the almighty dollar, cheap lettuce and strawberries, eh, Dane?
Unless there are VERY STRICT penalties for those who hire illegal aliens, there isn't much incentive to stop the practice.
Just as painfully unfunny too.

How many illegals are you hiring these days, Dane?
BECK: ... Businesses who are playing by the rules are now suing competitors who hire illegals because they have an unfair advantage over them. Mike Hethmon, he is with the Immigration Reform Law Institute. He`s one of the groups backing the California lawsuit.Mike, thank you for doing this. I`ve been saying for a long time, "Choke these companies to death." Give me the lawsuit in a nutshell and the chances of it actually winning.
MIKE HETHMON, IMMIGRATION REFORM LAW INSTITUTE: In this lawsuit, we have a legitimate labor contractor, a guy that recruits through our H-2a program, guest workers from foreign countries, follows all the rules, brought them up to California, and was told they couldn`t pick grapes fast enough. And who replaced them? Scofflaw agricultural contractors hiring illegal aliens.
So this suit was brought under the unfair competition or the unfair business practices laws in California and is asking for damages. And damages are the only way that we are going to show these scofflaw employers how this situation needs to unfold.
(snip)
HETHMON: We have a choice. We can follow the American model or we can follow the Brazilian model. We can do things for ourselves, and this is what this lawsuit is all about.
Most businesses are, in fact, law-abiding, and they want to do the right thing, and they want to uphold all the laws.
And in California, that`s exactly what`s happening. Businesses who are playing by the rules are now suing competitors who hire illegals because they have an unfair advantage over them. Mike Hethmon, he is with the Immigration Reform Law Institute. He`s one of the groups backing the California lawsuit.
Mike, thank you for doing this. I`ve been saying for a long time, "Choke these companies to death." Give me the lawsuit in a nutshell and the chances of it actually winning.
Beck was for going after companies that illegally hire illegals. He didn't say anything about "choking companies to death" in general.
As a point of reference and a friendly question here,
Do you personally know any companies (particularly in Texas) who have or currently do, hire, illegal immigrants and who might be subject to such lawsuits?
You are exactly right, the Marxist rhetoric when it comes to immigration and capitalism reveals itself on almost everyone of these threads is revealing. This country was built on cheap immigrant labor and I guess what is now considered "evil" business. (And it certainly was more "evil" then, in the days before unions, OSHA and the rest of the regulations now working to strangle business to death.)
Thanks for letting us know! Rock on, Glenn! You da man!
Well, this is probably the biggest un-PC post ever on this website....
PROFILING....
....Hispanics have never, to my knowledge, done harm to our country. They cross our borders from the South, looking for a better life. They do take low paying jobs, but are hardworking and honest.
....Our borders up North are the ones that we should watch, and secure. If we don't we may be very sorry someday.
Illegal Immigrant Pleads Guilty To Deceiving Cessna

Had Accused Company Of Using Status Against Him
He once went to the media with his case to receive medical treatment for injuries he says he suffered on the job at Cessna in Wichita. Now... Rogelio Ortega-Guzman has pleaded guilty to charges of fraud in making his claim for Worker's Compensation.
Back in May, Guzman told reporters that Cessna was using his illegal immigrant status like a sword of Damacles -- if he filed for workman's comp, the company would out him to Immigrations and Customs.
He did... and, as Aero-News reported, was arrested the next day, along with four other suspected illegals.
In court this week, Guzman pled guilty to three counts related to his job at Cessna -- fradulently obtaining a Social Security Card and resident alien card, filing a worker's comp claim with a false Social Security number, and deceiving Cessna by using that number. The Associated Press says he'll be sentenced in November.
Rogelio's wife, Maria Leticia Ortega, also faces immigration charges.
