Mike Hethmon, he is with the Immigration Reform Law Institute. He`s one of the groups backing the California lawsuit.
Mike, thank you for doing this. I`ve been saying for a long time, "Choke these companies to death." Give me the lawsuit in a nutshell and the chances of it actually winning.

Well you can equate illegal activity to EVIL activity. Again from previous threads to this one, you seem to have a serious problem grasping this concept. You know, laws and such. So if a law was passed tomorrow that the speed limit on the Interstate is 10 MPH, you would defend it because it is the law?
What would you say to people who say going above 10 MPH is evil.

Wrong again! Providing an even and fair business climate for legitimate businesses to compete is the AMERICAN WAY!

You evaded my question regarding the number of illegals wanted by the LAPD. Still working on an answer?

Uh yes it is about if a business is evil or not. Is farming inherantly evil and should a trial lawyer be sicked on a farmer trying to get his product to market.
I was watching the Glenn Beck show and went back and read the transcript. Your thread here is misleading.

Didn't you get beat up bad enough earlier when you suggested that conservatives were getting more votes in Texas because of more Hispanics and at least a dozen people proved you wrong?
You didn't stay on that thread long when you started taking heavy blows. It was a butt-whippin' of Biblical proportion.
If you think illegal immigration is so wonderful, and obviously you do, why not illegally immigrate to Mexico?

Dane don't be an idiot.
We aren't talking about speeding on the highway or anything.
WE are talking about employing someone who is in (well I would say OUR but I'm not entirely sure you are from the US anymore) MY country illegally.
What don't you understand.
They are committing a crime.
And you seem to want to cover for it.

Sir,
As a point of reference and a friendly question here,
Do you personally know any companies (particularly in Texas) who have or currently do, hire, illegal immigrants and who might be subject to such lawsuits?

You are exactly right, the Marxist rhetoric when it comes to immigration and capitalism reveals itself on almost everyone of these threads is revealing. This country was built on cheap immigrant labor and I guess what is now considered "evil" business. (And it certainly was more "evil" then, in the days before unions, OSHA and the rest of the regulations now working to strangle business to death.)

The government is charged with protecting and securing the country.
Illegal immigration does indeed illustrate a hole in that security.
If you can't handle it, maybe you should move to Guatemala or something.

And govt. getting out of the way of business used to be the American way also. Provided the business is operating within our laws, I am all for less government intrusion.............there can not be one set of rules for one group of business and another set for another group.

I find it interesting that people who rail against immigration the most since behind desks or microphones and spew venom against business like hillary does(remember hillarycare).
Gee, Dane, you made a liar out of yourself in less than two sentences on this post.
The issue is ILLEGAL immigration, but you know that.

Gee, Dane, you made a liar out of yourself in less than two sentences on this post How am I lying? Glenn Beck works behind a microphone and doesn't get his hands dirty to make a living, and the people attracted to his line of work don't get their hands dirty either and yet he is cheering on a nusiance lawsuit against those who do such evil things such as grow food or build shelter.

As usual on your threads Dane, the more you get called on your bullshit, the shrillness of your posts grows by the minute.
Must not be fun to be a shill for the illegal immigrants.....
