What's misleading about it. Glenn Beck is cheering on a hillary/john edwards tort lawyer.
My take he is cheering on adherence to our laws.....your mileage may vary.
I don't give a $hit if it's David Boise, John Edwards and John O'Quinn. If it stops the illegals from taking over it works for me.
Glenn Beck was FOR a lawsuit making companies follow the law. Your thread topic is misleading in that it infers that Beck is against business in general.
I've listened to Glenn Beck for a long time and he is in no way anti-business and does not "want to choke companies to death" unless they are crooked.
