It's not where I live. The conglomerate farmers and contractors that utilize the practice of hiring the illegals are putting the small guys who don't right out of business. I see it on a daily basis.

Apparently so. I really noticed it after I poked my head in this thread and read a bit more this afternoon. I had forgotten about this thread until a friend asked me earlier today if I knew anything about it, her husband had mentioned it to her.....apparently there are a number of independent farmers around here keeping a very close eye on this lawsuit.

You've known me long enough to know my feeling about ambulance chasing lawyers, but in this instance, this ain't no frivolous case, IMO.

It's the farmers and contractors that make up my community, are my friends and neighbors who will be the ones to benefit if this suit works, because of the repercussions of it. These are good folks who won't break the law, but others aren't so scrupulous and so the good guys are being hurt.

The coyotes have a job because there are plenty of jobs in the US and none in their home country, until that changes their unfortunately will be a market for the coyotes.
