Apparently so. I really noticed it after I poked my head in this thread and read a bit more this afternoon. I had forgotten about this thread until a friend asked me earlier today if I knew anything about it, her husband had mentioned it to her.....apparently there are a number of independent farmers around here keeping a very close eye on this lawsuit.
You've known me long enough to know my feeling about ambulance chasing lawyers, but in this instance, this ain't no frivolous case, IMO.
