To get a handle on the wetbacks it is necessary to heavily sanction their employers, whoever they are. That should include large fines and jail terms for individual hiring clerks, supervisors, owners, and yes, farmers. And even housewives who hire illegals for nannies and lawn service. Make it expensive to hire illegas and illegals will not be hired. Without work they will deport themselves. It is a much cheaper operation than trying to catch all the illegals and pay for their transportion to the illegal-immigration waiting rooms in Nuevo Laredo and Tijuana.

It is odd you show a picture of a corn field in defending farmers violating existing laws by hiring illegal aliens as farm laborers. Corn is not a labor intensive crop and has been harvested mechanically for well over a half century.
