Buchanan Declares: Third World Conquest of America
Drudge Report ^ | August 20, 2006 | Matt Drudge

Posted on 08/20/2006 4:57:47 PM PDT by VU4G10

“As Rome passed away, so, the West is passing away, from the same causes and in much the same way. What the Danube and Rhine were to Rome, the Rio Grande and Mediterranean are to America and Europe, the frontiers of a civilization no longer defended.”

So begins a new work of warning from Pat Buchanan.

And this time Buchanan goes all the way.

STATE OF EMERGENCY: THIRD WORLD INVASION AND CONQUEST OF AMERICA hit the streets this week and it's designed to jolt readers with stats and analysis of illegal immigration gone dangerously wild.

Buchanan warns: “The children born in 2006 will witness in their lifetimes the death of the West."

One in every twelve people breaking into America has a criminal record.

By 2050, there will be 100 million Hispanics concentrated in the U.S. Southwest.

Between 10 and 20 percent of all Mexicans, Central Americans and Caribbean people have already moved to the United States.

Every month, the U.S. Border Patrol apprehends more illegal aliens breaking into our country, 150,000, than the number of troops we have in Iraq.

[The book was ranked #571 on AMAZON's sales chart Sunday evening.]

Buchanan slams the president: “Concerned about his legacy, George W. Bush may yet live to see his name entered into the history of his country as the president who lost the American Southwest that James K. Polk won for the United States."

In EMERGENCY, Pat Buchanan charges the Mexican regime with an Aztlan Plot, a conscious campaign to use America as a dumping ground for its poor and unemployed, both to relieve social pressure and effect a cultural re-annexation of the American Southwest. La Reconquista, the reconquest of the lands lost by Mexico in the Mexican-American War, Buchanan charges, is underway.

The Republican Party, a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is in the grip of a cult called “Economism.” It is all about money now. The GOP worships at the “Church of GDP”

• Both parties are paralyzed by guilt over American past racial sins.

• Powerful Mexican and U.S. elites seek to erase America’s borders and merge the United States and Mexico into a “North American Union.”

In his controversial final chapter, “Last Chance,” Buchanan lays out a national plan to deal with the State of Emergency, before it makes an end of America:

• An Eisenhower-type deportation program, beginning with all illegal aliens convicted of felonies and every gang member not a U.S. citizen.

• A ten-year moratorium on all legal immigration, at the level JFK favored in 1958 -- 150,000 to 250,000 a year.

• A $10-billion, 2000-mile double-line security fence between the United States and Mexico, built with no apologies to Mexico City.

That is why I feeling you are not ducking the questions, that is all.

"And FYI...whilst all of you ONE BORDER types are screaming about "MEXICANS" ( when so many of those coming here through our Southern border and NOT Mexicans at all ! ), there has been a steady flow of ILLEGAL IRISH; including, I might add, criminals."

The entire population of the Irish Republic is 4.2 million and the vast majority are happy where they are. Contrast this with the total illegal alien population estimates of 12 to 20 million.

Yes, nopardons, the Irish illegal aliens are the major problem. There must be at least 20,000 of them. They speak English, have completed schooling (in fact Ireland's students beat ours in math and science, but what country's don't.

I'm glad you are astute enough to figure out the true answer to the immigrant problem - the Irish.

Cities, such a N.Y.C. had a DOLE back then; so did the Federal Government, as did churches and ethnic societies. But, the Irish, in N.Y.C. were paid off by the Tammany Hall crooks, for doing such things as stuffing ballot boxes, beating up others and forcing them to vote Dem, and such.

Oh, there WAS illegitimacy back then, as well as husbands who didn't take care of their offspring financially. There were also lots of children who lived on the streets, were sent off to orphanages ( and they were NOT orphans at all ), and forced into prostitution and other forms of criminal behavior.

I'm not saying all, by any means, but revisionist history doesn't serve you well at all.

Go sit in a corner and suck your thumb. You're throwing a "terrible two" tantrum over NOTHING.

You wanted a reply INSTANTLY and when that wasn't forth coming, you kept posting your childish demand. When I did answer you, you wanted a DIFFERENT answer; one which has no bearing on the original post. You're beating the damned dust of a long dead horse, because that is your one battle cry.

Does La Raza posters being racist garbage make Pat less RACIST? NO!

Thanks. I suspected as much, although I don't like to put words in people"s mouth. We are still hung up on race. Its not color its culture that is important. Values are important. All Mexicans don't have the same values just as all Europeans don't. we must look past the stereotypes. that's one of the things I dislike most about the democrats. People are just categories to them. They believe that since the majority of illegals are Mexican then all "Hispanics" favor amnesty. That's absurd. American culture and sovereignty is at stake here at a time when we need a strong national will and character to defend against the muslim onslaught that is only just beginning.

Yes, we do. Remember, it's what is the agenda? The Dem's have ridden the Civil Rights Gravy Train since the 60's. That train is now a Ghost Train. They need voters who are dependent solely on the government. This is why even though I am an Independent I favor the Republican party because at least they want people to succeed.

Hillary said it takes a village to raise a child. I wouldn't let my child live in their village.

Well said.

Even Churchill was an appeaser before Chamberlain until Kaiser Wilheim sent a patrol boat into the port of Agadir, Morocco in 1911 to 'take the temperature' of the French. Seeing this action, Churchill saw and, more importantly, changed his way of thinking to facts before him.

The critics have not that ability. Thank goodness someone of Mr. Blankley's integrity does.

Revisionist history?

I never said there were no government assistance programs, just that Federal programs were minimal because, unlike today, the Fed has very little money. Without an income tax, most of the Fed's money came from the states. I remind you, no income tax before 1912.

But, I want to learn from someone as wise as you. Tell me about the Federal programs because I don't want to called a revisionist. I'm especially in learning about how the Federal government funded them considering the Fed had very little money. What were they? Food stamps? Medicare? In-state tuition rates? Since many of the immigrants were Irish, maybe it was a subsidy for not eating potatoes.

I don't deny that illegitimacy occurred then as it does now (but hardly at the same level). Usually it was funded by relatives and many of the orphanages you are talking about were funded by charitable organizations.

You seem to have a real hangup with the Irish.
