Just over here enjoying the sun and sand. 8-)

I deal with our soldiers each and every day. I see just a small part of our current capablities. I have no doubt of the extent of hurt we can lay on somebody, whenever we need to.

Just more posturing by another of these clowns.

Tell me, how is the attitude back home regarding what we're doing over here? I hope the majority still understand what is necessary. I fear that too many are starting to forget 9/11.

There are a majority here at home that knows exactly what you are doing is good and righteous!!! Unfortunately, we all don't have the megaphone of the MSM and can't even begin to get the attention the leftists demand and get!

Even though it's the "silent majority" all over again, please keep on keepin on, because we love you man!!! And we root and pray for your success and safety every danged day!!! Without fail!!! And you can take that to the bank!!!

(excuse me for buttin in Lurker. I just couln't let that go by me!)

That's a tough one. I don't mingle with the folks I see on the news every day much. There's one anti-war person where I work but I think even she's starting to come around.

I had a run in with another co worker who said she 'supports the troops but not what they're doing.' I asked her if that meant she wanted our guys to lose.

Haven't heard much out of her since that.

I know I'm 100% behind what you're doing. This is a threat every bit as deadly as the one we faced in 1939, maybe more. Anyone who doesn't understand that I pretty much classify as a fool. And you know I don't suffer those gladly.

I'm glad to hear you're well. You watch your back over there. Remember, the enemy is anyone who can get you killed.

I went down to Walter Reed with the Freepers last month, and I will say...the vast majority (98%) of people driving by gave very positive responses to the signs supporting the troops and the missions overseas.

I must say...being from Massachusetts, I was very, very heartened by that response.

Just returned from Disney World with my daughter and in Epcot at the US Pavilian, one of the hottest selling items were the bears dressed in military outfits. I bought one for my daughter and son-in-law of the Navy bear which was almost sold out. The Clerk said they cannot keep them in stock along with the Mickey Mouse holding the American flag.

In Oklahoma we support the military but everywhere we drove there were signs of people supporting the military. I felt really great driving through the states from OK to FL not along the Gulf Coast. We stopped at Graceland in Memphis and watched a live show and the biggest applause of the night came when the American flag was dropped down from the ceiling to patriotic music.

I believe in my heart that a lot more Americans stand with you all then the media wants everyone to believe. My son-in-law was in Iraq with the Navy and my daughter was deployed with the Navy to Sicily last year. Both said when people find out today they were overseas, they get thanked by ordinary people like me for their service to our country.

Very proud of all of you and the job you are doing there to protect us here at home.

God Bless you and everyone serving with you!

Tell me, how is the attitude back home regarding what we're doing over here? I hope the majority still understand what is necessary. I fear that too many are starting to forget 9/11.

The left went a little more insane after the last terrorist plot to blow up airplanes coming from England to America was busted. There were a large number of frothing, barking moonbats suggesting it was a "Bush plot" to divert attention from the deficit or welfare babies or something, I dunno...

The left has decidedly forgotten 9/11 and in it's ravings would say anything to divert our attention from the fact that America would be a giant scorch mark under Democrat control.

They really did themselves damage recently with the combat in Israel and Lebannon. The dims decidedly praised Hezbollah while condemning Israel for breathing. It was downright frightening to see their reaction. You should check out some of PJ Comix's posts on their anti Semetic ravings against Israel where the dims call Israel a "Terror State". It's jackboot Scary...

In debate after debate on TV, they offer no plan, only criticism. I think they tried to promote some platform where they would withdraw troops from Iraq to fight the WOT at home. Sounded like they were implying within American borders or something ridiculous. Maybe they wanted to boslter the guys patting down people like my 70YO disabled mother who got the full seach at the airport the other day. In the dims mind it's a noble cause.

So really, if anything we are seeing many, many people who if and when they pay attention to politics, start to think "Jeez, those guys are nuts" when they see dims on TV.

They are the gift that keeps on giving. Like in 2004, we are seeing polls show that bush has an approval rating in negative numbers, that the people are tired of the war and want to see tax dollars diverted to lost cause spending like social security and health care for all of Latin America.

But everyone I talk to, even here in Boca Raton, if they are not frothing at the mouth, are thinking "Jeeez, the dims seem like anti semetic raving loons".

So on TV you hear everything the dims want you to. All the while people who listen and think "What the heck is with these freaks?". The tide is turning...

You take care over there!
