Karr chloroformed JonBenet, he says

AN American schoolteacher accused of murdering six-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey in the US in 1996 has told police in Thailand that the girl died accidentally from an overdose of chloroform he administered before raping her. A senior Thai police official said that under questioning in Bangkok, Karr said he had chloroformed the child so he could rape her in the basement of her home in Boulder, Colorado.

“He told us that after sex he realised he had accidentally killed her,” said General Suwat Tumrongsiskul, director of immigration police. “He also told us that they loved each other. She was 'his' beauty queen.”

I have had the same thought about the killer for many years. Given the way JonBenet was killed, I find it hard to believe the parents did it. It does seem though that the perp had a great deal of knowledge about the family and Jonbenet. It is possible that the killer was fixated on her and had been coming and going from the house for sometime. It would be interesting to check into the profile of stalkers who murder and see what the common traits are.

I assume you will have a heartfelt apology to the family prepared if the crime is ever solved with a different perpetrator?

Blood sport.

That silly dweeb pedophile isn't responsible for the Ramsey murder...

Yep, I'm reserving judgment for that.

I heard something bizarre on Court TV this morning about his childhood teddy bear being found in Jonbenet's room. Don't know if it's true. There are all sorts of rumors flying about. Just wait for the DNA.

We'll see...
And then you can sit on your silly crystal ball..

This documented child molester should indeed be jailed or destroyed -- but he is clearly lying about much to do with the Ramsey killing..

A confessing killer would have no need to lie.

I saw that on MSNBC, too! There was a photo of it; it was a Santa Bear. He had also sent a photo of it to Michael Tracy, the Bouldre professor/journalist/documentary filmmaker.

There was a teddy bear that was found in the house that the Ramseys said was NOT JonBenet's or Burkes. This was another one of those weird things in the case.

IF IF IF this is the perp, then that ridiculous, rambling 2 1/2 page ransom note makes more sense. The guy is loony. Also, I remember reading in one of the many reports about this case that the stub for John Ramsey's bonus was just laying out on a desk, so if a perp was there, he could have easily have seen that. Also it was not exactly $118,000, but "around" that amount. I had not heard that before I had read that. So the perp did NOT have to have access to the Ramsey's financial info. It was sitting there
in the house.

He did say that he was "in love" with JonBenet as much as it pains me even to type such a evil statement however its all in the DNA

Exactly right. At the very least, this sicko needs to be removed from access to children--permanently. His letters about his idea of Heaven being surrounded by all those little murdered girls, just makes my skin crawl.

He couldn't keep a job as a S.uB. T.ea C.her, so how did he support his wife and three children? Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere.

That's because he couldn't keep his fawning mitts off of his little students. **BARF**

Yes, exactly what DID he do? Well, until he skipped the country and tutored and nannied--and baaaaathed all those little girls--as his resume declared.

Big time. I can't stand to look at his pictures, any of them. I get the urge to punch my monitor (him) when I see his pic and I think that would be the case even if he had nothing to do with the Ramsey case.

What a weirdo.

Creepy stuff indeed. If memory serves, wasn't Jonbenet found with her favorite Barbie nightgown beside her? I remember hearing, or reading that. It's been a long time. She wasn't wearing it. She had other pajamas on, but it was with her. It makes you wonder if the perp sneaked into her room on other occasions and watched her. More speculations, but it does seem like there was some stalking going on. The killer might have snooped about the house for quite a bit fantasizing about this "relationship" he had with Jonbenet. You're right, that slip wouldn't have been hard to find. I wonder if the perp wrote the note first with the intention of kidnapping her and using the money to live on? Then his sicko impulses got in the way and he killed her instead.

You do realize that Tracey, the CU professor with the new JBR book and documentary coming out, could just as easily have initiated a teacher cert file in CO for this dolt, don't you?

My questions exactly.

According to the in-depth feature story of the crime I read here, Fleet (what kind of name is "Fleet"?) was with John Ramsey when they found the body early on the afternoon of the 26th.

It would seem that Mr. White doesn't want anyone helping Ramsey preserve his good name. If that's what's going on here, it's telling. I would infer that Fleet White thinks the Ramseys did it or were covering up the identity of whoever did. {cough, cough, Burke, cough, cough}

Lara has a good attorney now - we'll see what happens next. He's already had one presser.

Colonel Mustard, in the library, with a lead pipe.

Mom and Dad in the basement!

I don't care what anyone says, they were involved up to their necks.

FNC has repeatedly shown an older picture of Karr. He's heavier and has his hair parted on the side.

Exactly.

It would take some time to write a note that long, and it's been said that the paper that was used came from the Ramsey home.

Someone on one of these Ramsey threads stated that they suspected the killer was in the house while the Ramseys were at the Christmas party that evening. That would be plenty of time to write the note.

But, how then does the killer get JonBenet out of her bedroom and rape and kill her, all without being detected by other people in the house, none of whom had been asleep for long (due to the ME's estimates of time of death) and as a result probably would have been easily awakened?

The more I read about this, the more my gut instinct tells me the same thing it told me when I first heard of the crime, and that is that Burke did it. He was conveniently shipped off to some overseas school or someplace shortly after the crime, susequent to having some judge (who I believe was a friend of the Ramseys) "exonerate" him of the crime. Burke Ramsey, having been 9 years old at the time of the crime, is an adult now, so why are we hearing nothing about him or from him?

Something is definintely rotten in Denmark, and I fear the public may never know the real truth of this case.
