From a recent news report:
U.S. and Thai officials did not directly answer a question at a news conference about whether there was DNA evidence connecting Karr to the crime.
The DNA evidence should settle the issue of his guilt, when it is available.

I still believe that the killer knew the layout of the house. The room she was found in was a hidden room.It wasn't a room that someone would find while committing a murder. The maid never knew the room existed and neither did the cops after performing several searches of the area. There were no footprints in the fresh snow around the house and there were no signs of forced entry. The ransom note is another thing that bothers me.Who would write a ransom note while in the process of kidnapping a girl from a room right next to her sleeping parents? He/she must have known they had plenty of time to write a letter and find a pen and paper in a strange house.I'm not saying the parents are guilty but they have to be suspects if the evidence can be trusted.

I was into comparing the NOTE and his resume. Stunning "connectors" between the two.
He HATES rich people with power.
He can't get to their money or fight the politics (which is how he lost his job) but he can take what they value the most...a child.
More Cold Cases to come with this guy??

He also claimed he drugged Jon Bennet and then had sex with her. One of the reporters mentioned on Fox news tonight Jon Bennets toxicology reports showed NO drugs in her system. He's making this crap up.
I think this dude is a freak that got caught up in this story ten years ago and wanted to be a part of it.

Someone said that JB had told some people that she was expecting a special visit from Santa Claus that night. If she thought this pervert was SC, she could have let him into the house or certainly given him iced tea, etc without alarm. The Freeper also suggested that he could have asked her if there was a "special" or "secret" room in the house and under the circumstances, she might have shown it to him. I can see it easily with a 6 yr old particularly since she would have been very trusting of SC.
