Yes, but now they're saying he wasn't IN a Thai prison until the US asked them to hold him. He might have other reasons for making a false confession, but a Thai prison wasn't one of them.

Let's see... how could I get out of spending time in one of the worst jails known to man in the land of pedophilia??? Oh... plea that you killed a girl in America and get extradited. He wasn't in jail until the extradition papers came through on the Ramsey killing. They picked him up at his guesthouse. He's committed no crime in Thailand. All the Thais are doing to him is revoking his visa for being an "undesirable person."

There's supposed to be a press conference this morning. If his DNA matches then he's toast.True enough.But if it doesn't match then that fact,combined with the testimony of his ex,means that he's just another of the thousands of perverts who want to be connected to this case in the worst way.
