Better get the book soon, it has been in print for a while now, a few months, and I saw it on the leftover rack at B&N 2 days ago!
Meanwhile the lotus-eaters dream on.
Thanks for the heads up.
For some reason, I've not heard of it before. I'm glad this was posted. I'll try Amazon.
So much for accountability for terrorism. It's selective accountability based on who you are. No wonder Iran and Saudi Arabia are so brazen, we still let them off scot free for directly supporting terrorism.

Very Clintonesque behavior. I'd like an explanation myself. You don't make better foreign relations by being nice to terrorists. Today's Iran is a product of 30 years of looking the other way.
BTTT
LOL. Thanks a lot. Now I feel completely idiotic for missing it.
Was it discussed around here when it came out?
That said, I'm still looking forward to reading it. : D.
Yeah, it was, the book came out about 3 or 4 months ago.
It is good. :)
Ow! Salt. Wounds.
Stop it. LOL.
Bump!
Great read--thanks for the ping. :-)
I've seen that book, "Guests of the Ayatollah", and wondered what it was like. I think I'll see if our local library has a copy of it. I listened to the audio book version of Terry Anderson's "Den of Lions", and it was very good.
The above quote, taken from an Islamic web site, makes a strong case for 610 AD as the beginning point although others would argue for 570 AD when Muhammad was born. I am OK with either date :)
It is a horrific site to behold; watching/listening to Demrats offer their prescriptions for Iraq and analyze our WOT. . .
Well, it's part of the equation. By the election that got rid of "The Worst President Ever", Carter couldn't hide his multi-faceted failings from anyone but the hardcore 'Rats.
For those that feel nostaligic, I sure do miss that 18% mortgage rate on our first home....Not!
Thanks for the ping!

Personally I prefer to think that it began when God expelled Satan, since Mohammad is one and the same.
BUMP!
Back to Carter, carter was a failure but probably would've been re-elected if it hadn't been for the American hostages in Iran. Little did Iran know...carter was actually a friend of them and if he'd been in office another 4 yrs America of today wouldn't have happened...commie carter would have seen to that.......so Iran's stupidity did America one huge favor...and Reagan was elected and the rest is history.... ;o)
Great Post!!
