This is most def a photoshop image.
1) Notice that the hairline on the Castro seated is further back that the one on the picture, this leads me to believe he is a double.
2)Notice there is no shadow from Castro on the bed even if you take it at an angel there would at least be a shadow from him or the top of the newspaper.
Give me your thoughts on this one

You are saying that is both a Castro double AND a photoshop fake? That does not make any sense.

Look at the deep shadow falling on the bed....also, a chair at the foot of the bed is distorting the end of the bed.

The hairlines look the same to me. There is no shadows because this is a staged picture and he is being well lit from multiple angles.
Not every picture from the dark side is going to be photoshopped. Don't be the guy who cried wolf.

Compared to pics of the creep in other photos...I would say this one is faked. Not sure of specifics - I am looking at his posture, gaze, color, etc. ...just looks staged.

This is so obvious. First, the guy in the newspaper, his skin is a dull gray color, and the guy holding the newspaper, he has a definite flesh colored skin.

Do you remember the 'tanned, rested and ready' t-shirts of Nixon in the 90's? That's how this photo looks. I think Nixon was either dead or close to it when those t-shirts were on sale.

I'd want to see a better version of the picture in the newspaper to compare with the "current" picture. (BTW, nice revolutionary duds there, Generalissimo!)
That said, I don't know if hairline/beardline comparisons are valid -- the newspaper pic might be a couple of years old.
The curly-Q's of cartilage in the ears might be a little iffy, that's all I can offer.

I hadn't noticed the hairline, but you're right, one is a point (towards the facr/front) the other is curved towards the back.
Maybe a double. And the look on the face, it just isn't the same.
The paper, while it may be a real paper, the front looks fake.
